उरण नगरपरिषद हद्दीतील अनधिकृत बांधकामांवर नियंत्रण ठेवण्यासाठी महाराष्ट्र नगरपरिषदा, नगरपंचायती व औद्योगिक नगरी अधिनियम, १९६५ चे कलम १८९ व महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक नियोजन व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ चे कलम ५३ चे पोट-कलम (८) मधील तरतुदी नुसार उरण नगरपरिषदेने जा.क्र.उनप/साप्रवि/२९६/सन २०१३-२०१४, दिनांक १७ एप्रिल २०१३ प्रभाग क्रमांक ३ करीता श्री. डी. जे. पेडणेकर, लिपिक, उरण नगरपरिषद यांची व सुधारित आदेश जा.क्र.उनप/साप्रवि/४१३९/सन २०१३-१४, दिनांक २२ जानेवारी २०१४ अन्वये प्रभाग क्रमांक २ करीता श्री. दीपक काशिनाथ पाटील, गाळणी चालक, उरण नगरपरिषद यांची क्षेत्रिय अधिकारी म्हणून नियुक्ती केली होती.

वरीलपैकी प्रभाग क्रमांक २ चे क्षेत्रिय अधिकारी श्री. दीपक काशिनाथ पाटील, गाळणी चालक, उरण नगरपरिषद यांनी दिनांक २० डिसेंबर २०१४ रोजी राजीनामा दिलेला आहे. तसेच प्रभाग क्रमांक ३ चे क्षेत्रिय अधिकारी श्री. डी. जे. पेडणेकर, लिपिक, उरण नगरपरिषद हे दिनांक ३१ ऑगस्ट २०१८ रोजी स्वेच्छा सेवानिवृत्त होणार आहेत. त्यामुळे जा.क्र.उनप/साप्रवि/२९६/सन २०१३-१४, दिनांक १७ एप्रिल २०१३ अन्वये प्रभाग क्रमांक ३ करीता क्षेत्रिय अधिकारी म्हणून केलेली श्री. डी. जे. पेडणेकर, लिपिक, उरण नगरपरिषद यांची नियुक्ती रद्द करणेत येत आहे. त्यामुळे प्रभाग क्रमांक २ व प्रभाग क्रमांक ३ ची क्षेत्रिय अधिकारी पदे रिक्त झाली आहेत.

त्यामुळे रिक्त झालेल्या प्रभाग क्र. २ साठी क्षेत्रिय अधिकारी म्हणून श्री. संजय रामलाल परदेशी, लिपिक, उरण नगरपरिषद यांची आणि प्रभाग क्र. ३ साठी क्षेत्रिय अधिकारी म्हणून श्री. रमेश विठ्ठल सरवदे, लिपिक, उरण नगरपरिषद यांची नियुक्ती करण्यात येत आहे. उरण नगरपरिषदेच्या आदेश क्रमांक जा.क्र.उनप/साप्रवि/२९६/सन २०१३-२०१४, दिनांक १७ एप्रिल २०१३ मधील नमूद इतर सर्व अधिकारी/कर्मचारी यांची सर्व कर्तव्ये व जबाबदाया कायम ठेवण्यात येत असून वरीलप्रमाणे प्रभाग क्र. २ व ३ साठी नियुक्त केलेल्या क्षेत्रिय अधिकायांवरही या आदेशातील सर्व कर्तव्ये व जबाबदाया बंधनकारक राहतील.

हे आदेश तात्काळ अमलात येतील.

विषय.--- सुधारीत मंजूर विकास आराखडयातील आरक्षण क्रमांक २४३--परिवहन सेवा या आरक्षणाऐवजी महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ चे कलम ३७ अन्वये किरकोळ फेरबदलाद्वारे हे आरक्षण दफनभूमीसाठी प्रस्तावित करणेबाबत.

उल्हासनगर महानगरपालिका हद्दीतील आरक्षण क्र. २४३-परिवहन सेवा यासाठी आरक्षित असलेला भुखंड उक्त अधिनियमाद्वारे मुस्लिम दफनभूमीसाठी प्रस्तावित करण्यासाठी उल्हासनगर महानगरपालिकेच्या महासभेने मंजुरी दिलेली आहे. या प्रस्तावित वापर बदलास स्थानिक जनतेकडून सूचना व हरकती मागविण्यात येत आहेत. सदर सूचना शासनाचे राजपत्र व वर्तमानपत्रात दोन्ही पैकी ज्यात शेवटी प्रसिद्धी देण्यात येईल त्या दिवसापासून ३० दिवसांच्या आत याबाबतच्या सूचना/हरकती स्थानिक लोकांकडून मागविण्यात येत आहेत. अर्जदारांनी त्यांच्या सूचना/हरकती मा. आयुक्त कार्यालय, उल्हासनगर महानगरपालिका येथे सादर कराव्यात. ३० दिवसांनंतर प्राप्त होणाया सूचना व हरकतींचा विचार केला जाणार नाही याची नोंद घ्यावी.
