And whereas, after considering the suggestions/ Publication of list of Modifications/Changes in Draft
objections to the said Plan received within stipulated period, Development Plan of Mantha Nagar panchayat, Jalna, u/s
the Planning Committee constituted u/s 28(4) of the said Act, 28(4) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966
has submitted its report to the said Planning Authority on NOTICE
14th June 2018.
Whereas, the Mantha Nagar Panchayat, being Planning
And whereas, the said Planning Authority after Authority, has published the Draft Development Plan of
considering the report submitted by Planning Committee, Mantha Nagar Panchayat u/s 26(1) of the Maharashtra
accepted it and suggested changes in it and passed Resolution Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, vide notice dated
Nos. 1&2 dated 20th July 2018 to make modifications / resolution No. 1 of 5th March 2018 for inviting suggestions/
changes to the said Plan and submit the said Plan for sanction objections from general public. The said Notice is published
to the Government u/s 30 of the said Act.
