भारताचे संविधान.
क्रमांक व्हीपीएम. २०१८/प्र.क्र. १४२/पंरा. ४(२२).----भारताच्या संविधानाच्या अनुच्छेद २४३ च्या खंड (छ) व महाराष्ट्र ग्रामपंचायत अधिनियम (१९५९ चा तीन) कलम ४ याद्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा आणि यासंदर्भात समर्थ करणाया इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून आणि या संदर्भात काढण्यात आलेल्या पूर्वीच्या सर्व अधिसूचनांचे किंवा संलेखांचे अधिक्रमण करुन तसेच रायगड जिल्हा परिषदेची स्थायी समिती, रायगड जिल्ह्यतील कर्जत तालुक्यातील ग्रामपंचायत आणि ग्रामसभा टेंभरे यांच्याशी विचारविनिमय करून, महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल, याद्वारे रायगड जिल्ह्यतील कर्जत तालुक्यातील रजपे, टेंभरे, शिंगढोळ, जामरुंग व पेठ या सोबतच्या अनुसूचीतील स्तंभ (३) मध्ये विर्िनदिष्ट केल्याप्रमाणे महसुली गावांचा समावेश असलेले स्थानिक क्षेत्र हे ज्या दिनांकापासून स्वतंत्र गाव असेल आणि संविधानाच्या भाग ९ च्या प्रयोजनासाठी अनुसूचीतील स्तंभ (२) मध्ये विर्िनदिष्ट केल्याप्रमाणे रजपे आणि जामरुंग या नावाने ओळखले जातील तो दिनांक म्हणून १६ ऑगस्ट २०१८ हा दिवस विर्िनदिष्ट करीत आहेत.

NOTIFICATION
CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
No. VPM. 2018/C.R. 142/PR-4(22).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of article 243 of the Constitution of India, read with section 4 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act (III of 1959), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supersession of all the previous notifications or instruments issued in that behalf, and after consultation with the Standing Committee of the Zilla Parishad, Raigad and Village Panchayat and Gram Sabha Tembhare, in Karjat Tahasil of Raigad District, the Governor of Maharashtra hereby specifies the 16th August 2018, to be the date from which each of the local areas comprising revenue villages of Rajape, Tembhare, Shingdhol, Jamrung and Peth in Karjat Tahasil of Raigad District, specified in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto, shall be the distinct villages and shall be known by the name of the villages Rajape and Jamrung, respectively, as specified in column (2) thereof, for the purposes of Part IX of the Constitution.
