Notification of Minor Modification Proposed in the Development Plan of Digras
Town u/s 37 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.
No. PWD-MCD-349-2018.—
The Development Plan of Digras Town has been sanctioned by Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune vide their Notification No. D.P.-Digras(R)-TPS-2711-1172-No. 11-2011-UD-30, Dt. 30-04-2012.
The Municipal Council Digras vide its General Meeting Resolution No. 01, Dt. 4th August 2018 has resolved to make Minor Modification in the Development Plan of Digras Town u/s. 37 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 in the following reservation.
(1) Revenue Survey No. 127/3, 127/2, 151/2 Land is reserved for Agriculture Zone it is rserved for Muslim Kabrasthan.
The plan showing the above modification is kept open for public inspection in office of Municipal Council, Digras during any office day. The suggestions & objections on the above purpose from all or any person shall be received by the Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Digras within 30 days from the Publication of this notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette. Any suggestion or objection on the above proposal so received will be consider before submitting it to the Government for sanctioned.

To effect Minor Modification under Section 37 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning
Act, 1966 in Final Development Plan at Telhara.
No. MCT-956-2018.—
The Development Plan of Telhara has been sanctioned by Govt. in UD-5, dated 30th June 1976 and the same has come into force w.e.f. 12th September 1976.
As per the Final Development Plan of Telhara the Reservation Site No. 4 is for Garden it is 50 R. that area is affected residential Houses. Reservation Site No. 13 is for extension to Shiwaji High School its area is 60R and that is affected residential Houses. Reservation Site No. 14 is for extension to Seth Bansidhar High School its area is 1.50 Hectare, and that is affected residential Houses. Reservation Site No. 15 is for Dispensary and Maternity Home its area is 40R and that is affected residential Houses.
Municipal Council, Telhara decided Pantpradhan Aawas Yojna benefit to people in this area.
Therefore Municipal Council decided that affected reservation is convert for Residential area.
Accordingly the Telhara Municipal Council, had decided to effect the Minor Modification the Final Development Plan of Telhara. The plan of proposed Minor Modification signed by President, Municipal Council, Telhara is kept open in the office of the Municipal Council, Telhara during the office hours for inspection.
Now, in Pursuance of Section 37 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 it is hereby notified that any person having suggestion or objection regarding the proposed modification may communicate in writing the same to the President, Municipal Council, Telhara within a period of thirty days from the publication of this notice in the Maharashtra Govt. Gazette so that these should be considered by the Municipal Council before submitting the said modification to Government for sanction.
