२. सदर नियुक्ती महाराष्ट्र विधि अधिकारी (नियुक्ती, सेवाशर्ती व मानधन) नियम, १९८४ यामध्ये दिलेल्या सेवाशतर्ींच्या अधीन राहील.

३. वरील आदेश मागे घेण्याचा/त्यात दुरुस्ती करण्याचा/ते रद्द करण्याचा अधिकार शासन राखून ठेवीत आहे.

२. अॅड. गिरीष कुंटे यांची न्यायालयीन फी/मानधन संबंधित प्रशासकीय विभागामार्फत अदा करण्यात यावी.

३. तसेच अॅड. कुंटे यांची शासनाने विहित केलेल्या दरापेक्षा जास्त दराने मानधनाची मागणी असल्यास त्यासाठी आवश्यक वित्तीय तरतूद सहकार, पणन व वस्त्रोद्याग विभागाने करणे आवश्यक आहे.

४. सदर नियुक्ती महाराष्ट्र विधि अधिकारी (नियुक्ती, सेवाशर्ती व मानधन) नियम, १९८४ यामध्ये दिलेल्या सेवाशतर्ींच्या अधीन राहील.
