No. AFO. 1013/CR. 241/F-7.—In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule 2 of Rule 4 of Indian Forest Service (Cadre) Rule, 1966, the State Government hereby makes the following regulation :—

2. The Following 2 posts of Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Pay Matrix Level 15) are temporarily added to the cadre by keeping the 2 posts of Chief Conservator of Forests (Pay Matrix Level 14) in abeyance for the period mentioned in column No. 4.

INDIAN FOREST SERVICE (PAY) RULES, 2016.

No. AFO. 1013/CR. 241/F-7.—In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (1) of Rule 12 of Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 2016, the State Government hereby makes the following regulation :—

2. The Government of Maharashtra hereby declares that the post of the Professor, Kundal Academy of Development, Administration and Management (Forests), Kundal shall be equivalent in status and responsibilities to the post of the Deputy Conservator of Forests (Level 12 in Pay Matrix) specified in Schedule II of the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 2016.
