(अभिलेखाची) पुनर्रचना करण्यासंबंधीची जाहीर नोटीस

न्यासाचे नाव : "Living Water Mission"

नोंदणी क्रमांक ई-१८२८६.

याद्वारे सर्व संबंधितांना कळविण्यात येते की, "Living Water Mission" सार्वजनिक न्यास नोंदणी क्रमांक ई-१८२८६ हा न्यास महाराष्ट्र सार्वजनिक विश्वस्त व्यवस्था अधिनियम, १९५०, अन्वये बृहन्मुंबई विभाग, मुंबई या कार्यालयात दिनांक ९ जानेवारी १९९९ रोजी नोंदणीकृत झाला आहे.

सदरहू न्यासास प्रथम ई-१८३८६ या क्रमांकाचे नोंदणी प्रमाणपत्र देण्यात आले होते. तद्नंतर सदर नोंदणी क्रमांक चुकीचा असल्याचे व त्या ऐवजी तो क्रमांक ई-१८२८६ असा हवा होता असे निदर्शनास आले. त्या अनुषंगाने विश्वस्तांचे दिनांक १८ जुलै २०१७ रोजीच्या अर्जानुसार नोंदणी प्रमाणपत्रात सुधारणा करण्याकरिता मूळ अभिलेखा संचिकेचा अभिलेखा शाखेत शोध घेतला असता आढळून आली नाही.

उपरिनामित सार्वजनिक विश्वस्त व्यवस्थेच्या कागदपत्रे ज्यात (१) अनुसूची-१, (२) न्यास पत्र (घटना), (३) विश्वस्तांचे संमतीपत्र, (४) न्यासाच्या पयाबाबत ना हरकत पत्र, (५) कार्यालयातील जाहीर नोटीस प्रत, (६) कार्यालयातील आदेशिकावाहक यांचा अहवाल, (७) विश्वस्तांचे प्रतिज्ञापत्र, (८) न्यास नोंदणीबाबत न्याय निवाडा (आदेश) हे मूळ दस्तऐवज शोध घेतले असता मिळून न आल्याने त्यांची पुनर्रचना करण्यात आली आहे.

आपण, वरील सार्वजनिक विश्वस्त व्यवस्थेमध्ये हितसंबंधी असणाया विश्वस्तांपैकी किंवा व्यक्त्तींपैकी एक असल्याने, असा पुनर्रचित अभिलेख अंतिम व निर्णायक म्हणून का समजण्यात येऊ नये, याबद्दल ही नोटीस प्रसिद्ध झाल्यापासून तीस दिवसांच्या मुदतीमध्ये, लेखी कारण दर्शविण्याबाबत फर्माविण्यात येत आहे.

हरकती, कोणत्याही असल्यास, त्यासंबंधीची कारणे देऊन, खाली सही करणाराकडे, एकतर जातीने किंवा यथोचितरीत्या प्राधिकृत केलेल्या एजंटामार्फत किंवा नोंदणीकृत डाकेने सादर करण्यात येतील. र्िनदिष्ट मुदतीत, कोणत्याही हरकती मिळाल्या नाही तर, पुनर्रचित अभिलेख हा अंतिम व निर्णायक समजण्यात येईल.

MUMBAI PORT TRUST

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 124, read with sub-section (1) of section 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby approves the Mumbai Port Trust Employees' (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2018, made by the Board of Trustees for the Port of Mumbai by TR No. 157 of 27th November 2017 has been approved by the Central Government by Notification No. PR-12012/4/2017-PE-I, dated 14th August 2018 and the approval notified in the Gazette under GSR No. 776(E), dated 14th August 2018.

2. The said Amendment Regulations having been published in the Gazette of India on 14th August 2018 have come into force from that day and is republished for information :—

G. S. R. No. 776(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 124, read with sub-section (1) of section 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby approves the Mumbai Port Trust Employees' (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2018, made by the Board of Trustees for the Port of Mumbai set out in the Schedule annexed to this notification.

2. The said Regulations shall come into force on the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.

MUMBAI PORT TRUST

Mumbai Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2018.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Board of Trustees of Mumbai Port Trust hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Mumbai Port Trust Employees' (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 2010, namely :–

1. Short title and commencement : (1) These Regulations may be called the Mumbai Port Trust Employees' (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2018;

(2) They shall come into force on the date of publication of the approval of the Central Government as required under the provisions of section 124 and 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Mumbai Port Trust Employees' (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 2010, for regulation 9 the following regulation shall be substituted, namely: -

9. "Eligibility of Existing Employees for direct recruitment- When the posts required to be filled by direct recruitment are advertised, employees of the Board of any Major Port Trust possessing the prescribed qualifications and experience may also apply : Provided that the age limit in such cases shall not exceed fifty five years."
