क्रमांक डीजीपी.३९१५/प्र.क्र.३७८/का.१४.----दिवाणी प्रकिया संहिता, १९०८ च्या ऑर्डर २७, फौजदारी प्रक्रिया संहिता, १९७३ चे कलम २४ (३) व महाराष्ट्र विधि अधिकारी (नियुक्ती, सेवेच्या शर्ती आणि मानधन) नियम १९८४ च्या नियम १३ मधील तरतुदीनुसार वाशिम जिल्हा व सत्र न्यायालयाकरिता खालील अधिवक्त्यांची सहायक सरकारी वकील व अतिरिक्त शासकीय अभियोक्ता या पदावर शासन अधिसूचना समक्रमांक दिनांक ११ ऑगस्ट २०१६ अन्वये दिनांक १६ ऑगस्ट २०१६ पासून पुढील २ वर्षे कालावधीसाठी नियुक्ती करण्यात आली होती.
सदर नियुक्तीस दिनांक १६ ऑगस्ट २०१८ पासून पुढील एक वर्षाचा कालावधी अथवा त्यांच्या वयास ६२ वर्षे पूर्ण होतील तो दिनांक यापयर्ंतचा कालावधी, यापैकी जे अगोदर घडेल तोपयर्ंतच्या कालावधीकरिता तात्पुरत्या स्वरूपात मुदतवाढ देण्यात येत आहे. :----

Shri Santosh Pawar, District Government Pleader and Government Prosecutor (2) Adv. Shri Bhushan Ramchandra Salvi, Additional Public Prosecutor, as Special Public Prosecutor to conduct the cases under M.C.O.C. Act, 1999 before District and Sessions Court, Raigad with effect from date of Notification until further orders.
2. Their appointment, as Special Public Prosecutor will be Co-terminus with their appointment as District Government Pleader and Additional Public Prosecutor.
3. Their appointments are strictly subject to the conditions of service laid down in the Maharashtra Law Officers (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Remuneration) Rules, 1984.

Ranjana Budhwant, Additional Public Prosecutors at Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai and Dindoshi Court, Mumbai as Special Public Prosecutors to conduct the cases before Special Court constituted under the provisions of Section 28 (1) of POCSO Act, 2012 with immediate effect and until further order.
2. Her appointment as Special Public Prosecutor will be Co-termining with their appointment as Additional Public Prosecutor.

Lata Chheda as "Special Public Prosecutor" for conducting the Sessions Case No. 760/2013 pending before sessions court, Mumbai which is arising out of C.R.No. 221/2013 registered at Mahim Police Station, Mumbai.
2. Her appointment is strictly subject to the conditions of service laid down in the Maharashtra Law Officers (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Remuneration) Rules, 1984.
3. Adv. Lata Chheda will not claim any Remuneration or fees from the Government or the applicant in above mentioned case.
