सर्व संबंधित लोकांस या जाहीर नोटीसीद्वारे कळविण्यात येते की, सहायक धर्मादाय आयुक्त्त-३, ठाणे विभाग, ठाणे यांच्यासमोर आकाशदिप एज्युकेशन सोसायटी, नोंदणी क्र. एफ-८५२२ या न्यासाचे विलीनीकरण त्रावणकोर एज्युकेशनल ट्रस्ट, नोंदणी क्र. ई-३६५९ या न्यासामध्ये करण्याकरिता अर्ज दाखल झालेला आहे. सदर न्यासाच्या विलीनीकरणासंबंधी महाराष्ट्र सार्वजनिक विश्वस्त व्यवस्था अधिनियम, १९५० चे कलम ५० अ(२) अन्वये खालील मुद्यावर सहायक धर्मादाय आयुक्त्त-३, ठाणे विभाग, ठाणे चौकशी करणार आहेत :-----

१. वरील दोन्ही संस्थांची विलीनीकरण प्रक्रिया.

सदरच्या विलीनीकरणास कोणास काही हरकत घ्यावयाची असेल अगर पुरावा द्यावयाचा असेल त्यांनी त्यांची कैफियत ही नोटीस प्रसिद्ध झाल्या तारखेपासून तीस दिवसांचे आत या कार्यालयाचे वर नमूद पयावर प्राप्त होईल, अशा रितीने पाठवावी. त्यानंतर आलेल्या कैफियतीचा विचार केला जाणार नाही. तसेच वरील मुदतीत कैफियत न आल्यास कोणास काही सांगावयाचे नाही असे समजून चौकशी पूर्ण केली जाईल व अर्जाच्या निकालाबाबत योग्य ते आदेश दिले जातील.

ज्याअर्थी, मे. ओडीफार्म इंडिया प्रा. लि., टीन क्रमांक २७७००७४७१६९सी केंद्रीय विक्रीकर कायदा, १९५६ अन्वये धारक यांच्याकडून असे कळविण्यात आले आहे की केंद्रीय विक्रीकर (मुंबई), नियम, १९५७ नुसार नियम १२ च्या पोट-नियम (१) प्रमाणे त्यांना मंजूर करण्यात आलेली प्रतिज्ञा पत्र 'एच' नमूना क्र. MH06/0017596 (Qt-2nd ; 12-13) of Rs. 7,04,100 हे गहाळ झाले आहेत. त्या अनुषंगाने सदर व्यापायाने पोलीस रिपोर्ट व इन्डेम्नीटी बॉन्ड दाखल केला असून स्थानिक वर्तमानपत्रांत जाहिरातही दिलेली आहे.

त्याअर्थी, मी, श्री. पी. के. अग्रवाल, राज्यकर सहआयुक्त्त (प्र.शा.) नागपूर विभाग, नागपूर केंद्रीय विक्रीकर (मुंबई), नियम, १९५७ च्या नियम ४ अ पैकी पोट-नियम (७), अन्वये विहीत केलेल्या अधिकाराचा वापर करून असे जाहीर करतो की सदरहू 'एच' नमूना क्र. MH06/ 0017596 (Qt-2nd ; 12-13) हे नमुने रद्द ठरविण्यात येत आहेत.

Whereas, it has been brought to my Notice by M/s. ODIPHARM INDIA PVT. LTD., TIN No. 27700747169C under Central Sales Tax Act, 1956, that the declarations in Form "H" referred to in sub-rule (1) of rule (12) of Central Sales Tax (Mumbai) Rules, 1957, bearing No. MH06/0017596 (Qt-2nd ;

12-13) of Rs. 7,04,100 have been lost and in Respect of said facts the dealer had filed a Police Report and Indemnity Bond and also Advertisement in Local News Papers.

1. The definition of Security is proposed to be modified as under (words in bold letters are proposed to be included) :
