क्रमांक आयसीई. ०८१८/प्र.क्र. ८८/कामगार-६.----महाराष्ट्र कामगार न्यायालये व औद्योगिक न्यायालये यांचे न्यायिक अधिकारी (सेवाप्रवेश, नियुक्ती आणि शिस्तभंगाची कारवाई) नियम, २०१४ च्या नियम-५ नुसार प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून मा. उच्च न्यायालय, मुंबई यांनी त्यांचे पत्र क्र.अे १२२६/८३/२५०१/२०१८, दिनांक ३० ऑगस्ट २०१८ अन्वये केलेल्या शिफारशी नुसार ""श्री. दिपक अमरतलाल ढोलकिया यांची सदस्य, औद्योगिक न्यायालय, सातारा"" या पदावर नियुक्ती करण्यात येत आहे.

No. ICE. 0818/C.R. 88/Lab-6.—In exercise of the power conferred by Rule 5 of Maharashtra Judicial Officers of the labour Courts and Indistrial Courts (Recruitment Appointment and Disciplinary Action) Rules, 2014 and with reference to the letter of Hon'ble High Court, Mumbai No. A. 1226/83/2501/2018 dated 30th August 2018, The Government of Maharashtra hereby appoint " Shri Deepak Amratlal Dholkia, as Member, Industrial Court, Satara ".
