महाराष्ट्र गृहनिर्माण व क्षेत्र विकास अधिनियम, १९७६.

क्रमांक नियुक्ती-२०१८/प्र.क्र.११७/गृनिभू.---- ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाने, महाराष्ट्र गृहनिर्माण व क्षेत्र विकास अधिनियम, १९७६ (१९७७ चा महा. २८) (यात यापुढे ज्याचा निर्देश "उक्त अधिनियम" असा करण्यात आला आहे.) च्या कलम ३ अन्वये प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र गृहनिर्माण व क्षेत्र विकास प्राधिकरण (यात यापुढे ज्याचा निर्देश " उक्त प्राधिकरण " असा करण्यात आला आहे.) याची स्थापना केली आहे ;

आणि ज्याअर्थी, सदरहू प्राधिकरणाचे अंशकालीक अध्यक्षाचे पद रिक्त आहेत ; आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या मते जनहितार्थ, उक्त प्राधिकरणावर अंशकालीक अध्यक्षांची नियुक्ती करणे आवश्यक वाटते. आता त्याअर्थी, सदर अधिनियमाच्या कलम ६ च्या उप कलम (१) अन्वये शासनास प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा आणि त्यास समर्थ करणाया इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र शासन श्री. उदय सामंत, महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा सदस्य, शांती सदन, मु. पो. पाली, तालुका व जिल्हा रत्नागिरी यांची उक्त प्राधिकरणावर अंशकालीक अध्यक्ष म्हणून नियुक्ती करीत आहे.

महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल यांच्या आदेशानुसार व नावाने,

NOTIFICATION

MAHARASHTRA HOUSING AND AREA DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1976.

No. Niyukti-2018/CR-117/Grunibhu.—Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra had established the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (hereinafter referred to as " the said Authority ") under section 3 of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976 ( Mah. XXVIII of 1977) (hereinafter referred to as " the said Act ");

And whereas, the post of the part-time President of the said Authority is vacant ;

And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest to appoint the part-time President on the said Authority.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints Shri. Uday Samant, Member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, Shanti Sadan, At Post-Pali, Taluka and District-Ratnagiri, as a part-time President on the said Authority.
