या दोन सार्वजनिक न्यासाचे महाराष्ट्र सार्वजनिक विश्वस्त व्यवस्था अधिनियम, १९५० चे कलम ५० अ (२) अन्वये जंगम व स्थावर मालमत्तेसह वरील दोनही न्यास विलिनीकरण करून एक सर्वसाधारण योजना (स्किम) करून मिळणेबाबतचा वरील अर्ज सदर कार्यालयात दाखल करण्यात आला आहे.
त्याअर्थी, या नोटीसीद्वारे जाहीर करण्यात येते की, वरील सार्वजनिक न्यासाशी हितसंबंध असणाया लोकांना सदर विलिनीकरणाबाबत व संयुक्त योजनेबाबत काही निवेदन करावयाचे असल्यास, त्यांनी ही नोटीस प्रसिद्ध झालेल्या तारखेपासून ३० (तीस) दिवसांच्या आत अशा प्रकारचे लेखी निवेदन अगर या योजनेचा मसुदा वरील संदर्भ क्रमांक र्िनदिष्ट करून या कार्यालयात दाखल करावा तसे न केल्यास सदरहू अर्जात कोणालाही काहीही म्हणावयाचे नाही असे गृहित धरून सार्वजनिक न्यासाच्या व्यवस्थेच्या दृष्टीने विलीनीकरण करून योग्य ती संयुक्त योजना मंजूर करण्यात येईल व ती योजना न्यायालयाच्या हुकूमनामा या स्वरूपात सवार्ंवर बंधनकारक राहील व मग याबाबत कोणाचीही काहीही तक्रार चालणार नाही.
