क्रमांक ४१७/पोआ/वा/उप/नोटी/तात्पुरते/२०१८.----मी, शशि कुमार मीना, पोलीस आयुक्त (उपनगरे) वाहतूक, मुंबई मोटार वाहन अधिनियम, १९८८ चे कलम ११५ (सन १९८८ चा अधिनियम क्रमांक ५९), सह शासकीय अधिसुचना क्रमांक एम.व्ही.ए. ०५८९/सी.आर.- १०६१/टी.आर.ए.-२, दिनांक १९ मे १९९० नुसार मला प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकाराचा वापर करून दिनांक ८ सप्टेंबर २०१८ ते दिनांक १६ सप्टेंबर २०१८ या कालावधीत साजया होणाया माऊंट मेरी जत्रेच्या संदर्भात याद्वारे खालीलप्रमाणे आदेश देत आहे.
(१) आर. वरसकर मार्ग, बांद्रा स्टेशन रोड(पश्चिम) हा बाद्रां रल्वे स्टेशन ते एस.व्ही. रोड पयर्ंत सकाळी ६-०० ते रात्रौ २३-०० वाजेपयर्ंत सर्व प्रकारच्या वाहनांकरिता एक दिशा मार्ग असेल, म्हणेजच एस. व्ही. रोडकडून नमूद मार्गावर ' प्रवेश बंद ' , ' डावे वळण बंद ' व ' उजवे वळण बंद ' असे निबर्ंध असतील.
(२) हिल रोड, बांद्रा (प.) हा एस. व्ही. रोडपासून सेंट पॉल रोड जंक्श्नपयर्ंत सकाळी ६-०० ते रात्रौ २३-०० वाजेपयर्ंत सर्व प्रकारच्या वाहनांना एक दिशा मार्ग असेल, म्हणेज सेंट पॉल रोडकडून पुढे हिल रोडवर येण्यास, तसेच हिल रोडला जोडणाया सर्व रस्त्यावरून पुर्वेकडे हिल रोडवर जाण्यास प्रवेश बंद असेल.
(३) हिल रोड हा बी.ई.एस.टी, बसेस तसेच आपत्कालीन वाहने वगळता इतर सर्व प्रकारच्या वाहनांकरिता बी. जे. रोडपासून मेहबूब सर्कल पयर्ंत सकाळी ६-०० ते रात्रौै २३-०० वाजेपयर्ंत एक दिशा मार्ग असेल बी. जे. रोड मार्गाने म्हणजेच बांद्रा बॅन्ड स्टॅन्डकडून येणाया वाहनास हिल रोडवर उजवे वळण घेण्यास परवानगी असेल.
(४) मास्टर विनायक रोड (पेरी रोड) हा सेंट पॉल रोड जंक्शनपासून पुढे म्यॅन्युअल गोन्सालवीस (हॉग कॉग बँक अॅक्सीस बँक) जंक्शनपयर्ंत एक दिशा मार्ग असेल.
(५) गुरुनानक रोड (टर्नर रोड) हा सकाळी ६-०० ते रात्रौै २३-०० वाजेपयर्ंत म्यॅन्युअल गोन्सालवीस रोडपासून बांद्रा रेल्वे स्टेशनपर्यत एक दिशा मार्ग असेल, म्हणजेच बांद्रा रेल्वे स्टेशनकडून प्रवेश बंद असेल.
(६) माऊंट मेरी रोड हा सकाळी ६-०० ते रात्रौै २३-०० वाजेपयर्ंत स्थानिक पासधारक रहिवाशांची तसेच पोलीस व आपत्कालीन वाहने वगळता इतर सर्व प्रकारच्या वाहनांकरिता बंद राहील.
(७) केन रोड हा माऊंट मेरी रोडपासून पुढे बी. जे. रोडपयर्ंत स्थानिक पासधारक रहिवाशांची वाहने तसेच आपत्कालीन वाहने वगळता इतर सर्व प्रकारच्या वाहनांकरिता एक दिशा मार्ग असेल, म्हणेजच बी. जे. रोडपासून प्रवेश बंद असेल.
(८) परेरा रोड हा पुर्वेकडून पश्चिमेकडे जाण्याकरिता एक दिशा मार्ग असेल, म्हणजेच बी. जे. रोडपासून या मार्गावर प्रवेश बंद असेल.

भाग एक (को.वि.पु.)-----१२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र भाग एक---कोकण विभागीय पुरवणी, गुरुवार ते बुधवार सप्टेंबर १३-१९, २०१८/भाद्र २२-२८, शके १९४० (९) सेंट जॉन बॅप्टीस्ट रोड हा स्थानीक पासधारक रहिवाशाची वाहने तसेच आपत्कालीन वाहने वगळता इतर सर्व प्रकारच्या वाहनांकरिता सकाळी ६-०० ते रात्रौ २३-०० वाजेपयर्ंत बंद राहील.
(१०) धोंडोपंत वरासकर मार्ग म्हणजेच बांद्रा स्टेशन रोडकडून एस. व्ही. रोडवर उजवे वळण घेण्यास परवानगी असेल.
तातडीच्या कामाकरिता अथवा प्रवाशांच्या चढण्या उतरण्याकरिता जितका वेळ आवश्यक आहे तेवढा वगळता खालील नमूद मार्गावर रस्त्याचे दोन्ही बाजूंना सर्व प्रकारची वाहने पार्क करण्यास, थांबविण्यास दिनांक ८ सप्टेंबर २०१८ ते दिनांक १६ सप्टेंबर २०१८ या कालावधीत सकाळी ६-०० ते रात्रौै २३-०० वाजताचे दरम्यान मनाई असेल.

No. 417/DCP(Sub)Tr/Notification/Temp/2018.—In order to prevent danger, obstruction and inconvenience to the public, to so direct. I, Shashi Kumar Meena, Dy. Commissioner of Police (Suburb). Traffic, Mumbai, in exercise of the lowers conferred on me under section 115 of Motor Vehicles Act 1988 ( Act No. 59 of 1988), read with Government Notilication No. MVA 0589/ CR-1061/TRA-2, dated 19th May 1990 do hereby issue the following orders during the (festival of Mount Mary for the regulation of vehicular traffic from Saturday 8th September 2018 to Sunday 16th Septmber 2018 :—
1. Dhondopant R. Varaskar Marg, Bandra Station Road (West) shall be " One Way " its Bandra Railway Station upto its junction with S. V. Road between 6-00 hrs to 23-00 hrs, i.e. ' No Entry ' ' No Left Turn ' ' No Right Turn ' on this road from S. V. Road junction.
2. Hill Road, Bandra (West) shall be ' One Way ' from its junction with S. V. Road upto from junction with St. Paul Road between 6-00 to 23-00 hrs. i.e. ' No Entry ' on Hill Road from St. Paul Road and no entry towards east Hill Road from all the roads making junctions with Hill Road.
3. Hill Road Shall be ' One Way ' for all types of vehicles except. BEST Buses, from its, junction with B. J. Road upto Mehboob Studio from 6-00 hrs. to 23-00 hrs. and Right turn will be permitted from B. J. Road i.e. Band Stand Road to Hill Road. Bandra (West).
4. Master Vinayak Road (Perry Road) shall be 'One Way' from its junction with St. Paul Road upto to its junction with Manual Gonsalves Road ( Hong Kong Bank junction).
5. Gurunanak Road (Turner Road) shall be ' One Way ' from its junction with Manuel Gonsalves Road upto Bandra Railway Station between 6-00 hrs. to 23-00 hrs. i.e. ' No Entry ' from Bandra Railway Station side.
6. Mount Mary Road will be closed for all types of vehicles except vehicles of local residents, issued with car passes by police and emergency vehicles from 6-00 hrs to 23-00 hrs.
7. Kane Road shall be ' One Way ' for all types of vehicles from its junction with Mount Mary Road to its junction with B. J. Road except vehicles of local residents issued with passes i.e. ' No Entry ' from B. J. Road.
8. Pareira Road will be one way from East to West i.e. ' No Entry ' from B. J. Road.
9. St. John Baptist Road shall be closed for all vehicular traffic except for local resident issued with special passes from 6-00 hrs. to 23-00 hrs.
10. Right turn will be permitted from Dhondopant Varaskar Road i.e. Bandra Station Road to S. V. Road, Bandra (West).
B. Parking or halting of all types of vehicles except for the immediate.purpose of picking up or getting down passengers shall be banned on both sides of the following roads from 6-00 hrs. to 23-00 hrs. between Saturday 8th September 2018 to Sunday 16th September 2018.

म्हणजेच ग्रेगोरीयन कॅलेंडर प्रमाणे जेव्हा महिन्याच्या तारखा सम असतील तेव्हा नमूद रस्त्यावरील पार्किंग ही रस्त्याच्या पूर्वेकडील बाजूस असेल व जेव्हा महिन्याच्या तारखा विषम असतील तेव्हा पार्किंग ही रस्त्याच्या पश्चिमेकडील बाजूस असेल.
२. खार-पाली रोड खार-पाली रोड (पी.डी. हिंदूजा मार्ग) हा त्याच्या २१वा रस्ता ते डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर (पी. डी. हिंदूजा मार्ग) जंक्शन म्हणजेच सरदार मनमोहन सिंह भसीन चौक पयर्ंत सम--विषम पार्किंगचा करण्यात येत आहे. खार (प.).

Veeresh Prabhu, Addl. Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Brihan Mumbai, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under section 115 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Act No. 59 of 1988), read with Government Notification No. MVA 0589/CR-1061/TRA-2, dated 19th May 1990 do hereby order as under : —
Odd/Even Parking
1. 21st Road, Khar (W.) Parking of motor vehicles shall be regulated by unilateral
parking system on both the sides of 21st Road from its
junction with 33rd Road to its junction with Khar Pali
Road (P.D. Hinduja Marg).
When the dates of the month according to Gregorian
calendar are even, the parking shall be on the eastern side
only, and when the dates are odd, parking shall be on the
Western side only.
2. Khar-Pali Road, Parking of motor vehicles shall be regulated by unilateral Khar (W.). parking system on both the sides of Khar Pali Road (P.D.
Hinduja Marg) from it's junction with 21st Road to it's
junction with Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Road (Sardar
Manmohan Singh Bhasin Chowk).
When the dates of the month according to Gregorian
calendar are even, the parking shall be on the Southern
side only, and when the dates are odd, parking shall be on
the Northern side only.

No. CP/RLY/MUMBAI/PROHIBIT ACTS/2018-17.— Whereas, I consider it necessary for the preservation of public peace and public safety in Mumbai Railway Police Commissionerate. I, Niket Kaushik, Commissioner of Police, Railways, Mumbai in exercise of the power conferred upon me under sub-section (1), (2) and (3) of section 37 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 (Mah. Act. XXII of 1951) do hereby prohibit the following acts throughout Mumbai Railway Police Commissionerate for the period from 00-01 hours of 11th September 2018 to 24-00 hours of 25th September 2018.
1. (a) The carrying of arms, cudgels, swords, spears, bludgeons, unlicensed gun, knives, sticks or lathis or any other articles which is capable of being used for causing physical harms (violence). Save for such firearms where license has been granted by this authority or where specific permission is sought for carriage of such arms from the competent authority ;
(b) The carrying of any corrosive substance or explosive ;
(c) The carrying, collection and preparation of stones or other missiles or instruments or means of casting or impelling missiles ;
(d) The exhibition of persons or corpses or figures of effigies thereof ;
(e) The public utterance of cries, singing of song, playing of music ;
(f) Delivery of harangues, the use of gestures or mimetic, representations and the preparations, exhibition or dissemination of pictures, symbols, play cards or any other object or thing which may in the opinion of any police officer posted in Mumbai Railway Commissionerate offend against decency or morality or undermine the security of or tend to over-throw the State.
2. If any persons goes armed with such article or carrying any corrosive substance or explosive or missile in contravention of such prohibition he shall be liable to be disarmed of the corrosive substance or explosive or missile shall be liable to seized from him by any police officer and the article corrosive substance, explosive or missile so seized shall be forfeited to the State Government.
3. Any assembly, program, public meeting or procession of five or more than five persons in a public place, without due permissions is prohibited.
4. This order will not be applicable to any person being in service or employment of any Government or Government undertaking required by his superiors or by the nature of his duties, to carry weapons.
The order will also not be applicable to Private Security Guards or Gurkhas or Chowkidars etc, employed on watch-n-ward duties carrying lathis admeasuring in length not exceeding 3½ feet.
5. Notwithstanding the expiration of this order after the period hereinabove mentioned :—
(a) Any investigation or legal proceeding may be instituted, continued or enforced.
(b) Any penalty, forfeiture or punishments incurred in respect of any contravention of this order may be imposed, as if this order had not expired.
6. I, further direct that this order shall be published and promulgated in Mumbai Railway Police Commissionerate by affixing copies thereof in conspicuous public places and by announcing the same through Railway announcement system, loudspeakers or megaphone, as well as publishing through media.

त्याअर्थी, मी, अपर जिल्हादंडाधिकारी, रत्नागिरी मोटार वाहन अधिनियम, १९८८ चे कलम ११५ व शासन अधिसूचना क्रमांक एमव्हीअे. ०५८९/प्र.क्र. १०६१-परि-२, दिनांक १९ मे १९९० नुसार मला प्राप्त झालेल्या अधिकारानुसार सार्वजनिक सुरक्षिततेच्या आणि जनतेच्या सोयीच्या दृष्टीने तसेच वाहतुकीची कोंडी टाळणे याकरिता खालीलप्रमाणे आदेशित करतो की, दिनांक २९ ऑगस्ट २०१८ ते १३ सप्टेंबर २०१८ या कालावधीत गीताभवन ते जी.जी.पी.एस. हायस्कूलपयर्ंतचा रस्ता रहदारी करिता बंद ठेवणेत येत आहे.
मोटार वाहन अधिनियम, १९८८ चे कलम ११६ प्रमाणे पोलीस प्रशासनाकडून आवश्यक ती कार्यवाही करणेत यावी.
हा आदेश माझे सही शिक्क्यानिशी आज दिनांक २९ ऑगस्ट २०१८ रोजी दिला.

ज्याअर्थी, मतदान शांत, निर्भय व नि:पक्षपाती वातावरणात पार पडावे, याकरिता नवी मुंबई आयुक्तालय हद्दीत कायदा व सुव्यवस्था राखणे आवश्यक आहे.
त्याअर्थी, मी, संजय कुमार पोलीस आयुक्त नवी मुंबई मला महाराष्ट्र पोलीस अधिनियम, १९५१ चे कलम ३६ प्रमाणे प्राप्त झालेल्या अधिकारानुसार नवी मुंबई पोलीस आयुक्तालय हद्दीतील परिमंडळ-१ विभागातील एनआरआय पोलीस ठाणेच्या हद्दीत वाहाळ ग्रामपंचायत तसेच परिमंडळ--२ पनवेल विभागातील पनवेल शहर पोलीस ठाणे हद्दीतील नांदगाव, पळस्पे, पारगाव, पनवेल तालुका पोलीस ठाणे हद्दीतील पोयंजे, वांगणी तर्फे वाजे, खांदेश्वर पोलीस ठाणेचे हद्दीतील आदई, विचुंबे, देवद, न्हावा-शेवा पोलीस ठाणे हद्दीतील गव्हाण, उरण पोलीस ठाणे हद्दीतील कोप्रोली, जुई, विंधणे व मारासागरी पोलीस ठाणेच्या हद्दीतील हनुमान कोळीवाडा या ग्रामपंचायतींच्या सार्वत्रिक निवडणुका होणार असल्यामुळे परिमंडळ-१ विभागातील एनआरआय पोलीस ठाणे तसेच परिमंडळ-२ विभागातील पनवेल शहर, पनवेल तालुका, उरण, खांदेश्वर, मोरासागरी, न्हावा-शेवा पोलीस ठाणेचे स्वाधीन अधिकारी यांना खालील नमूद केलेप्रमाणे लेखी अगर तोंडी आदेश देण्याचे अधिकार प्रदान करीत आहे :----
(१) रस्त्यावरून जाणाया जमावाचे अगर मिरवणुकीतील व्यक्तीचे वागणे अगर कृत्य याबाबत आदेश देणे.
(२) ज्या मार्गाने मिरवणूक किंवा जमाव जाईल अगर जाणार नाही ती वेळ व मार्ग निश्चित करणे.
(३) सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी अगर सार्वजनिक करमणुकीच्या कार्यक्रमाचे वेळी वापरण्यात येणाया ध्वनीक्षेपकाच्या ध्वनीची तीव्रता निश्चित करून दिलेली वेळ यावर नियंत्रण ठेवणे.
(४) मिरवणुकीचे प्रचाराच्या निमित्ताने जाहीर सभा घेण्याचे ठिकाण, दिनांक व वेळ याबाबत नियंत्रण करणे.
सदरचा आदेश नवी मुंबई पोलीस आयुक्तालयाच्या परिमंडळ--१ विभागातील एनआरआय पोलीस ठाणे व परिमंडळ--२ विभागातील पनवेल शहर, पनवेल तालुका, खांदेश्वर, उरण, न्हावा-शेवा, मोरासागरी पोलीस ठाणे हद्दीतील वर नमूद ग्रामपंचायतींच्या कार्यक्षेत्रात दिनांक ३० ऑगस्ट २०१८ चे ००-०१ वा. पासून ते दिनांक २८ सप्टेंबर २०१८ चे २४-०० वा. पयर्ंत लागू राहील.
या आदेशाचा भंग करणारी व्यक्ती महाराष्ट्र पोलीस अधिनियम, १९५१ चे कलम १३४ प्रमाणे कायदेशीर कारवाईस पात्र राहील.
सदरचा आदेश माझ्या सही, शिक्क्यानिशी दिलेला आहे.
