Hinganghat City reformed Development Plan has been sanctioned and published according to Government Notification ]क्ष््र्ररू-2005-3248-.ॅ. 121(द)-ा्र-9, dated 26th April 2006 this has been implemented from 16th June 2006.
Reservation No. 22 area for Truck Terminals - 3.90 Hr.
As per our letter No. MCH-CD-WS-243-159-2016, dated the 9th August 2018 reservation No. 22, area 3.90 Hr. land has been reserved for Truck Terminals out of which 2.3 Hr. are the land belong to Nagar Parishad on the land the Sanctioned Project which comes under "Amrut Yojna" and 5100 sq. ft. land for the implementation of the Project.
The abovesaid notification was published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette Part I-A Nagpur Divisional Supplement, dated August 23-29, 2018 on Page 6 at Serial No. 112.

Declaration of Intention to prepare Development Plan for Bhiwapur Town under
Section 23(1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (Corrigendum).
CORRIGENDUM
No. NPB-DP-1924-2018-19.—
Bhiwapur Nagar Panchayat Bhiwapur by its General Body Resolution No. 126, dated 28th February 2018 has declared its intention to prepare Development Plan of Bhiwapur Nagar Panchayat as per provision at Section 23(1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 for the area with in its jurisdiction.
The Notification for said intention is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette Part 1-A Nagpur Divisional Supplement, dated June 7-13, 2018, Page No. 1, Sr. No. 82. The said Notification is hereby modified by missing the Section 21(2) along with Section 23(1) keeping all the content at said notifica- tion unchange all the concerned may take note at this.
