महाराष्ट्र दिवाणी न्यायालय अधिनियम, १८६९.
क्रमांक सीआरसी. ०४१७/३१८/प्र.क्र. १३५/का-११.----महाराष्ट्र दिवाणी न्यायालय अधिनियम, १८६९ (१८६९ चा १४) याचे कलम २१, २२अ व २३ यांद्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून आणि याबाबतीत यापूर्वी काढलेल्या सर्व शासकीय अधिसूचनांचा, जेथवर त्या जिल्हा न्यायालय, रत्नागिरी यास दुय्यम असलेले दिवाणी न्यायाधीश (वरिष्ठ स्तर), खेड, जिल्हा रत्नागिरी, यांचे न्यायालय याच्याशी संबंधित असतील तेथवर, त्यांमध्ये फेरबदल करून, महाराष्ट्र शासन, याद्वारे पुढीलप्रमाणे निदेश देत आहे की, दिनांक ८ सप्टेंबर २०१८ पासून,------
(क) रत्नागिरी जिल्ह्यमध्ये, खेड येथे, जिल्हा न्यायालय, रत्नागिरी यास दुय्यम असलेले एक दिवाणी न्यायालय, वरिष्ठ स्तर असेल ;
(ख) दिवाणी न्यायाधीश (वरिष्ठ स्तर) हे उक्त न्यायालयाचे पीठासीन अधिकारी असतील आणि ते खेड, जिल्हा रत्नागिरी येथे त्यांचे न्यायालय भरवतील ; आणि
(ग) दिवाणी न्यायाधीश (वरिष्ठ स्तर), खेड, यांच्या सर्वसाधारण व विशेष अधिकारितेच्या स्थानिक सीमांमध्ये महाराष्ट्र जमीन महसूल संहिता, १९६६ (महा. १९६६ चा ४१) याच्या अंतर्गत घटित रत्नागिरी जिल्ह्यमध्ये मंडणगड, दापोली, खेड, चिपळूण, गुहागर यांच्या महसुली तालुक्यांमध्ये येणाया गावांचा समावेश असेल आणि यापूर्वी, दिवाणी न्यायाधीश (वरिष्ठ स्तर), रत्नागिरी यांच्या सर्वसाधारण व विशेष अधिकारितेच्या स्थानिक सीमांमध्ये ज्यांचा समावेश करण्यात आला होता असे उक्त तालुके त्यामधून वगळण्यात येतील.

NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA CIVIL COURTS ACT.
No. CRC. 0417/318/C.R. 135/DESK-XI.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21, 22A and 23 of the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act (XIV of 1869), and in modifications of all Government notifications issued in this behalf; in so far as they relate to the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Khed, District Ratnagiri subordinate to the District Court of Ratnagiri, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, with effect from 8th September 2018 directs that,—
(a) there shall be a Civil Court, Senior Division, subordinate to the District Court of Ratnagiri, at Khed in Ratnagiri District ;
(b) the said Cort shall be presided over by the Civil Judge (Senior Division) who shall hold his Court at Khed, District Ratnagiri ; and
(c) the local limits of the ordinary and special jurisdiction of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Khed shall comprise of the villages situtated in the revenue talukas of Mandangad, Dapoli, Khed, Chiplun, Guhagar in the District of Ratnagiri as consitituted under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (Mah. XLI of 1966) and the said talukas which were heretofore included within the local limits of the ordinary and special jurisdiction of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ratnagiri at Ratnagiri, shall be excluded therefrom.

क्रमांक सीआरसी. ०४१७/३१८/प्र.क्र. १३५/का-११.----हिंदू विवाह अधिनियम, १९५५ (१९५५ चा २५) हा महाराष्ट्र राज्यास लागू असताना त्याच्या कलम ३ च्या खंड (ख) द्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा आणि याबाबतीत त्यास समर्थ करणाया इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून आणि याबाबतीत यापूर्वी काढलेल्या सर्व अधिसूचनांचा, त्यांमध्ये अंशत: फेरबदल करून, महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे, दिनांक ८ सप्टेंबर २०१८ पासून, रत्नागिरी जिल्ह्यतील मंडणगड, दापोली, खेड, चिपळूण, गुहागर या महसुली तालुक्यांच्या सर्वसाधारण अधिकारितेच्या स्थानिक सीमांमध्ये, उक्त अधिनियमान्वये कार्यवाही करण्यासाठीच्या प्रकरणासंदर्भात रत्नागिरी जिल्ह्यतील खेड येथील दिवाणी न्यायाधीश (वरिष्ठ स्तर) यांचे न्यायालय यांना अधिकारिता असल्याचे विर्िनदिष्ट करीत आहे.

HINDU MARRIAGE ACT, 1955.
No. CRC. 0417/318/C.R. 135/DESK-XI.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 3 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (25 of 1955), in its aplication to the State of Maharashtra, and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf; and in partial modification of all earlier notifications issued in this behalf; the Government of Maharashtra hereby, with effect from 8th September 2018 specifies the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Khed in Ratnagiri District, as having jurisdiction in respect of the matters to be dealt with under the said Act within the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of Mandangad, Dapoli, Khed, Chiplun, Guhagar revenue talukas in Ratnagiri District.
