In compliance with the directions of Hon'ble CAT, Bombay Bench at Mumbai in their order dated 11th April 2018 in OA. No. 2075/2017 filed by Shri A. B. Dhulaj and also in partial modification of this Department's notification No. 14015/14/2015-AIS (I)-B (1) dated 8th July 2016, the President is pleased to appoint the following member of the State Civil Service of Maharashtra Cadre to the Indian Admin- istrative Service against the vacancies determined by Government of India under Regulation 5(1) of the said Regulations in consultation with the State Government on the basis of the Review Select List of 2015, on probation until further orders and to allocate him to the Maharashtra Cadre, under the Rule 5(1) of the Indian Administrative Services (Cadre) Rules, 1954 :—

In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 8(2) of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954 read with Regulation 8 of the Indian Administrative Service (Appointment by Selection) Regulations, 1997 and Rule 3 of the Indian Administrative Service (Probation) Rules, 1954 the President is pleased to appoint the following members of the Non-State Civil Service of Maharashtra to the Indian Administrative Service against the vacancies determined by Government of India under Regulation 3 of the said Regulations in consultation with the State Government for the Select List of 2017, on probation until further orders and to allocate them to the Maharashtra Cadre, under Rule 5(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 :—
