No-2018-NPP/MCL/NMF-WF/Desk-1/T-7/ CR-33.- In exercise of the powers conferred on him by Order No. SEC/NP-2018/CR-12/K-06 Dated 08.08.2018 of the State Election Commission, Maharashtra, the draft order fixing the number of seats to be elected and the extent of the wards into which the said municipal area of the municipal Council is to be divided and the wards reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Class of Citizens and Women ( Including women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Class of Citizens ), as the case may be, as shown in the Scheduled to the draft order was published as required by the provison to sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Council, Nagar Panchayats and industrial Townships Act, 1965 for information of the residents of the LOHA Municipal Council, as and after carefully considering the objections are received by me in respect of the said draft orders, And as per the approval given by Divisional Commissioner Aurangabad vide letter No.2018/NPP/ Election/CR- Dated 21.09.2018, I, Arun Dongre, the Collector of Nanded District, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (1) of section 10 of the said Act,hereby ,make the following order namely.
ORDER WHEREAS, The Divisonal commissioner, Aurangabad by his Notification Dated 27.07.2018 issued under sub-section [2] of Section 9 of the Maharashatra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Town Ships Act, 1965 [Mah.XL of 1965] LOHA Municipal Council, the number of the councillors to be elected and the number of seats to be reserved for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens and Women [inculding the number of seats reserved for women belonging to the. Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens,] as shown below.

2. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by letter of the State Election Commission, Maharashtra, read with sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Township Act, 1965 [Mah XL of 1965], And as per the approval given by Divisional Commissioner Aurangabad vide letter No.2018/NPP/Election/CR- Dated 21.09.2018, I Arun Dongre, the Collector of Nanded District, hereby fix the number and extent of the wards into which the said Municipal area shall be divided and specify the wards in which seats shall be reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Backwards Class of Citizens and Women (including women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, and the Backwards Class of Citizens), as the case may be, as shown in the Schedule to this order 3.
