अधिसूचना
मोटार वाहन अधिनियम, १९८८.
क्रमांक एमव्हीआर. ०११८/प्र. क्र. ०३/परि-२.----- मोटार वाहन अधिनियम, १९८८ (१९८८ चा ५९) याच्या कलम ९६ च्या पोट-कलम (२) चे खंड, (तेवीस) आणि (तेहतीस) द्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा आणि त्याबाबतीत इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र मोटार वाहन नियम, १९८९ यात आणखी सुधारणा करण्यासाठी महाराष्ट्र शासनाने प्रस्तावित केलेल्या पुढील नियमांचा मसुदा, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम २१२ च्या पोट-कलम (१) द्वारे आवश्यक असल्याप्रमाणे, त्यामुळे बाधा पोहोचण्याची शक्यता असलेल्या सर्व व्यक्तींच्या माहितीसाठी, याद्वारे, प्रसिद्ध करण्यात येत आहे की, प्रस्तावित प्रारुप नियम दिनांक ५ नोव्हेंबर २०१८ रोजीनंतर महाराष्ट्र शासनाकडून विचारात घेण्यात येईल.
२. उपरोक्त तारखेपूर्वी उक्त मसुद्याच्या संबंधात कोणत्याही व्यक्तीकडून ज्या कोणत्याही हरकती किंवा सूचना, परिवहन आयुक्त, महाराष्ट्र राज्य, प्रशासकीय इमारत, ४ था मजला, डॉ. आंबेडकर उद्यानाजवळ, सरकारी वसाहत, वांद्रे (पूर्व), मुंबई ४०० ०५१ यांच्याकडे येतील, त्यावर शासन विचार करील.
प्रारूप नियम
(१) या नियमास, महाराष्ट्र मोटार वाहन (सुधारणा) नियम, २०१८ असे म्हणावे.
(२) महाराष्ट्र मोटार वाहन नियम, १९८९ च्या नियम ११९ मधील पोट-नियम (२अ) यामध्ये,-----
(i) खंड (i) यामधील ''७०० सी.सी.'' अंक आणि अक्षरे याऐवजी ''६०० सी.सी.'' हे अंक आणि अक्षरे दाखल करण्यात येईल ;

NOTIFICATION
MOTOR VEHICLES ACT, 1988.
No. MVR.0118/C.R.03/TR2.— The following draft of the rules further to amend the Maharashtra Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, which the Government of Maharashtra proposes to make in exercise of the powers confirmed by clause (xxiii) and (xxxiii) of sub-section (2) of section 96 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988), in its application to the State of Maharashtra, and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, is hereby published as required by sub-section (1) of section 212 of the said Act, for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby ; and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration by the Government of Maharashtra on or after the day of 5th November 2018.
2. Any objections or suggestions which may be received by the Transport Commissioner, Maharashtra State, Administrative Building, 4th Floor, Near Dr. Ambedkar Garden, Government Colony, Bandra (East), Mumbai 400 051, from any person with respect to the said draft on or before the aforesaid date will be considered by the Government.
DRAFT RULES
(1) These rules may be called the Maharashtra Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
(2) In rule 119 of the Maharashtra Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, in sub-rule (2A),—
(i) in clause (i), for the figures and letters "700 c.c." the figures and letters "600 c.c." shall be substituted ;
