क्रमांक यूएलपी. २०१८/प्र.क्र. १७१/कामगार-३.----महाराष्ट्र कामगार संघांना मान्यता देण्याबाबत आणि अनुचित कामगार प्रथांना प्रतिबंध करण्याबाबत अधिनियम, १९७१ (१९७२ चा एक) याच्या कलम ४ अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून तसेच उद्योग, ऊर्जा व कामगार विभाग, मंत्रालय, मुंबई यांची अधिसूचना क्र. आयसीई-०८१८/प्र.क्र.८८/काम-६, दिनांक ७ सप्टेंबर २०१८ या अधिसूचनेस अनुसरून, महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे खालील नमूद केलेल्या न्यायिक अधिकायांची सदस्य, औद्योगिक न्यायालय, या पदावर पुढीलप्रमाणे नियुक्ती करीत आहे :----

MAHARASHTRA RECOGNITION OF TRADE UNIONS AND PREVENTION OF UNFAIR LABOUR PRACTICES ACT, 1971.
No. ULP. 2018/C.R. 171/LAB-3.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971 (1 of 1972), and with reference to the Notification No. ICE-0818/C.R.88/Lab-6, dated the 7th September 2018, of the Industries, Energy and Labour Department. The Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the following Judicial Officer as Member of Industrial Court :—
