प्रतिबंध अधिनियम, २००५.
क्रमांक संकीर्ण.३५१८/प्र.क्र.३३/१९-अ.महाराष्ट्र शासकीय कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या बदल्यांचे विनियमन आणि शासकीय कर्तव्ये पार पाडताना होणाऱ्या विलंबास प्रतिबंध अधिनियम, २००५ (२००६ चा महा.२१) याचे कलम ७ (cid:४६२)ारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून आणि या अगोदर करण्यात आलेले सर्व नियम, आदेश, सूचना किंवा याबाबत काढण्यात आलेल्या अधिसूचना यांचे अधिक्रमण करून, महाराष्ट्र शासन या(cid:४६२)ारे, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या प्रयोजनार्थ, सामान्य प्रशासन विभागाच्या अधिकारितेतील विभाग प्रमुख आणि प्रादेशिक विभाग प्रमुख यांची यादी सोबत जोडलेल्या अनुसची-१ प्रमाणे प्रसिद्ध करीत आहे आणि उक्त अधिनियमान्वये जे बदली करण्यास सक्षम असतील अशा सोबत जोडलेल्या अनुसूची-२ मधील स्तंभ (३) मध्ये नमूद के लेल्या प्राधिकाऱ्यांना या अनुसूचीतील स्तंभ (२) मध्ये दर्शविलेल्या कर्मचाऱ्यांची बदली करण्यासाठी सक्षम बदली प्राधिकारी म्हणून अधिसूचित करीत आहे.

NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA GOVERNMENT SERVANTS REGULATION OF TRANSFERS AND PREVENTION OF DELAY IN DISCHARGE OF OFFICIAL DUTIES ACT, 2005.
No.MIS-3518/C.R.33/19A.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Maharashtra Government Servants Regulation of Transfers and Prevention of Delay in Discharge of Official Duties Act, 2005 ( Mah. XXI of 2006 ), and in supersession of all earlier rules, orders, instructions of notifications issued in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby publishes the List of the Heads of Department and Regional Heads of Department within jurisdiction of the General Administration Department for the purposes of the said Act as mentioned in the Schedule-1, appended hereto, and notifies the authorities mentioned in column (3) of the Schedule-2, appended hereto, as the Competent Transferring Authority who shall be competent, under the said Act, to make transfer of the employees mentioned in the column (2) of the said schedule.
