क्रमांक औमपा. २०१५/प्र.क्र.१२/नवि-२४.----महाराष्ट्र महानगरपालिका अधिनियम, १९४९ (सन १९४९ चा ५९) यांच्या कलम ३ चे पोट-कलम (३) चे खंड (अ) अन्वये काढण्याचे प्रस्तावित केलेल्या अधिसूचनेचा खालील मसूदा महानगरपालिकेच्या औरंगाबाद शहराच्या हद्दीत बदल करण्याच्या दृष्टीकोनातून, उक्त कलम ३ च्या पोट-कलम (४) द्वारे आवश्यक असल्याप्रमाणे, याद्वारे बाधित होण्याचा संभव असणाया सर्व व्यक्तींच्या माहितीसाठी खालील अधिसूचनेचा मसुदा प्रसिद्ध करीत असून, याद्वारे सूचना देण्यात येत आहेत की, महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झाल्याच्या दिनांकापासून तीस दिवसांचा कालावधी संपल्यानंतर विचारात घेईल.
२. उक्त मसुद्याबाबत वरील कालावधीत प्रधान सचिव (नवि-२), नगरविकास विभाग, मादाम कामा रोड, हुतात्मा राजगुरु चौक, मंत्रालय, मुंबई ४०० ०३२ यांना प्राप्त होणाया कोणत्याही हरकती व सूचनांवर शासनाकडून विचार करण्यात येईल.

क्रमांक औमपा २०१५/प्र.क्र.१२/नवि-२४.-----महाराष्ट्र महानगरपालिका अधिनियम, १९४९ (सन १९४९ चा ५९) मधील कलम (३) चे पोट-कलम (४) नुसार आवश्यक असल्याप्रमाणे आधी प्रसिद्ध करून, यासोबत जोडलेल्या अनुसूची-एक मध्ये विर्िनदिष्ट केलेल्या क्षेत्रांचा समावेश औरंगाबाद शहरात करण्यासाठी महानगरपालिकेच्या औरंगाबाद शहराच्या सीमांत फेरफार करीत आहे. अनुसूची एक मध्ये विर्िनदिष्ट क्षेत्रांचा समावेश केल्यानंतर औरंगाबाद शहरासाठी घटीत केलेल्या औरंगाबाद शहर महानगरपालिकेची सुधारीत हद्द अनुसूची दोन मध्ये विर्िनदिष्ट केल्याप्रमाणे असेल :------

औरंगाबाद शहराच्या महानगरपालिकेच्या शहरी भागाची सुधारीत सीमा.
उत्तर.---सध्या अस्तित्वात असलेली औरंगाबाद महानगरपालिकेची हद्द म्हणजे मिटमिटा गावाच्या उत्तर-पूर्व कोपयापासून सुरू होऊन मिटमिटा गावाच्या हद्दीलगत भावसिंगपुरा गावाच्या हद्दीपयर्ंत, त्यानंतर भावसिंगपुरा गावाच्या हद्दीपयर्ंत (स.नं. ३१) पुढे भावसिंगपुरा गावाच्या उत्तर हद्दीलगत जाऊन जुन्या (तत्कालिन) औरंगाबाद नगरपालिकेच्या उत्तर हद्दीपयर्ंत, जुन्या (तत्कालिन) औरंगाबाद नगरपालिकेच्या उत्तर हद्दीलगत हसर्ूल गावाचे स.नं. २५५ चे दक्षिण-पश्चिम कोपयापयर्ंत, त्यानंतर हसर्ूल गावाचे पश्चिम-उत्तर व पूर्व हद्दीलगत, त्यानंतर नारेगाव गावाचे उत्तर व पूर्व हद्दीलगत पुढे ब्रिजवाडी गावाचे उत्तर-पूर्व हद्दीवरून पुढे चिकलठाणा गावाचे उत्तर हद्दीलगत.
पूर्व.---चिकलठाणा गावाचे उत्तर-पूर्व कोपयापासून सुरू होऊन चिकलठाणा गावाचे पूर्व हद्दीलगत चिकलठाणा गावाचे दक्षिण-पूर्व कोपयापयर्ंत, त्यानंतर चिकलठाणा गावाचे दक्षिण हद्दीलगत गट क्र. ४४ चिकलठाणापयर्ंत (सध्या अस्तित्वात असलेली औरंगाबाद महानगरपालिकेची हद्द), पुढे देवळाई गावाची पूर्व हद्दीलगत जाऊत देवळाई गावाचे दक्षिण-पूर्व कोपयापयर्ंत.
दक्षिण.---देवळाई गावाचे दक्षिण-पूर्व कोपयापासून देवळाई गावाचे दक्षिण सीमेलगत, पुढे सातारा गावचे दक्षिण सीमेलगत गट क्र. २५० सातारा ते गट क्र. ९ नक्षत्रवाडी, पुढे सध्या अस्तित्वात असलेली औरंगाबाद महानगरपालिकेची हद्द म्हणजेच नक्षत्रवाडी गावाची दक्षिण हद्द.
पश्चिम.---सध्या अस्तित्वात असलेली औरंगाबाद महागरपालिकेची हद्द म्हणजेच नक्षत्रवाडी गावाची दक्षिण-पश्चिम कोपयापासून सुरू नक्षत्रवाडी गावाच्या पश्चिम हद्दीलगत, पुढे कांचनवाडी गावाच्या उत्तरेकडील हद्दीच्या पश्चिम भागालगत जाऊन ईटखेडा गावाच्या हद्दीपयर्ंत, ईटखेडा गावाच्या पश्चिम हद्दीलगत जाऊन जुन्या (तत्कालिन) औरंगाबाद नगरपालिकेच्या हद्दीलगत स.नं. २१ ईटखेडाचे उत्तर, पश्चिम कोपयापयर्ंत त्यानंतर पुढे जुन्या (तत्कालिन) नगरपालिकेच्या पश्चिम हद्दीलगत जाऊन जयसिंगपुरा गावाचे सं.नं. २७ चे पूर्व हद्दीपयर्ंत, त्यानंतर पुढे जयसिंगपुरा गावाचे पूर्व-पश्चिम हद्दीने जाऊन पडेगावाच्या हद्दीपयर्ंत, त्यानंतर पुढे पडेगावाच्या दक्षिण हद्दीलगत व मिटमिटा गावाचे दक्षिण-पश्चिम व उत्तर हद्दीने जाऊन मिटमिटा गावाचे उत्तर-पूर्व कोपयापयर्ंत.

NOTICE
MAHARASHTRA MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS ACT,1949.
No. AUMP. 2015/CR.12/UD-24.—The following draft of Notification, which the Government of Maharashtra propose to issue, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporations Act, (LIX. of 1949), with a view to alter the limits of the Municipal Corporation the City of Aurangabad, is hereby published, as required by sub-section (4) of said section 3, for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby ; and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration by the Government of Maharashtra, after expiry of a period of thirty days from the date of its publications in the Maharashtra Government Gazette.
2. Any objections and suggestions which may be received by the Principal Secretary (UD-II), Urban Development Department, Mantralaya,Madam Cama Road, Hutatma Rajguru Chowk, Mumbai 400 032, from any person with respect to the said draft within, the aforesaid period, will be considered by Govenment.
DRAFT NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS ACT,1949.
No. AUMP. 2015/CR.12/UD-24,- in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporations Act, (Mah.LIX of 1949), and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra after consultation with the Municipal Corporation of the City of Aurangabad and after previous publication as required by sub-section (4) of the said section 3, hereby, alters the limits of the Municipal Corporation the City of Aurangabad by including therein the areas mentioned in the Schedule I appended hereto.
The revised boundaries of the Municipal Corporation of the city of Aurangabad, after inclusion of the area mentioned in Schedule I shall be such as specified in Schedule II appended hereto.

North.—Existing boundary of Aurangabad Municipal Corporation i.e. Starting from North-Eastern Corner of Village Mitmita and then running along village boundary of Mitmita till it meet the village Bhavsingpura (Survey No.31), then running along the Northern boundary of village Bhausingpura till it meets the Northern boundary of Municipal Council, then running along the Northern boundary of Aurangabad Municipal Council upto the South, Western corner of Survey No.255 of village Harsool, then running along part of Western boundary and Northern and Eastern boundaries of village Harsool, then running along part of Northern boundary and Eastern boundaries of village Naregaon, then running along North-Eastern boundary of village Brijwadi and then running along Northern boundary of village Chikalthana.
४ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग एक-अ---मध्य उप-विभाग, ऑक्टोबर १२, २०१८/आशि्वन २०, शके १९४०East.—Starting from North-Eastern corner of village Chikalthana and then running along Eastern boundary of village Chikalthana upto South-East corner of Village Chikalthana, then running through South boundary of village Chikalthana upto Gut No.44 village Chikalthana (Existing boundary of Aurangabad Municipal Corporation), then running through East boundary of village Devlai upto South-East corner of village Devlai.
South.—Starting from South-East corner of village Devlai, then running through South boundary of village Devlai, then running South boundary of village Satara Gut No.250 of Satara upto Gut No.9 of village Nakshatrawadi, then running through South boundary of existing Municipal Corporation, Aurangabad boundary i.e. South boundary of revenue village Nakshatrawadi.
West.—Existing boundary of Aurangabad Municipal Corporation, i.e. Starting from the South-Western corner of village Nakshatrawadi and then running along the Western boundary of village Nakshatrawadi, then running along Western part of Northern boundaries of village Kanchanwadi till it meets the village boundary of Itkheda, the running along Western boundary of village Itkheda till it meets the Municipal limits of Aurangabad at the North-Western corner of Survey No.21 of village Itkheda, then running along Western boundaries of Municipal Council, Aurangabad upto Eastern boundary of Survey No.27 of village Jaisingpura, then running along part of Eastern and part of Western boundries of village Jaisinghpura till it meets the boundry of village Padegoan, then running along Southern boundary of village Padegaon and then running along Southern Western and Northern boundries of village Mitmita till it meets the North-Eastern corner of village Mitmita.
