क्रमांक औविअ. १०२०१८/प्र. क्र. २०३/कामगार-२.----औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, १९४७ (१९४७ चा चौदा) यांच्या कलम ७ व ८ अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून तसेच मा. प्रबंधक, उच्च न्यायालय, मुंबई यांची अधिसूचना क्र.ए.३९०२/२०१८, दिनांक ३ ऑक्टोबर २०१८ रोजीच्या अधिसूचनेस अनुसरून महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे खालील परिशिष्टातील रकाना क्रमांक (२) मध्ये दर्शविलेल्या न्यायीक अधिकायांची रकाना क्रमांक (३) मधील न्यायीक अधिकायांच्या जागी रकाना क्रमांक (४) मध्ये दर्शविल्यानुसार पिठासिन अधिकारी, कामगार न्यायालय, लातुर या पदावर नियुक्ती करीत आहे :----

INDUSTRIAL DISPUTE ACT, 1947.
No. IDA.102018/CR-203/LAB-2.–In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 and 8 of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), and with reference to the Notification No. A-3902/2018, dated 3rd October 2018, of the Registrar General, High Court Bombay the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the Judicial Officer shown in Column No. (2) in place of the Judicial Officer shown in Column No. (3) as the Presiding Officer of Labour Court, Latur shown in Column No. (4) of the schedule appointed hereto :—
