क्रमांक युएलपी. २०१८/प्र. क्र. १७८/कामगार ३.----महाराष्ट्र कामगार संघांना मान्यता देण्याबाबत आणि अनुचित कामगार प्रथांना प्रतिबंध करण्याबाबत अधिनियम, १९७१ (१९७२ चा एक) यांच्या कलम ६ अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून तसेच मा. महाप्रबंधक, उच्च न्यायालय, मुंबई यांची अधिसूचना क्र. ए.३९०२/२०१८, दिनांक ३ ऑक्टोबर २०१८ या अधिसूचनेस अनुसरून, महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे खाली नमूद केलेल्या न्यायिक अधिकायांची न्यायाधीश, कामगार न्यायालय या पदावर पुढीलप्रमाणे नियुक्ती करीत आहे :----

NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA RECOGNITION OF TRADE UNIONS AND PREVENTION OF UNFAIR LABOUR PRACTICES ACT, 1971.
No. ULP.2018/C.R-178/LAB-3.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971 (1 of 1972) and with reference to the Notification No. A-3902/2018, dated 3rd October 2018, of the Registrar General, High Court, Bombay. The Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the following Judicial Officer as Judge of Labour Court :—
