No. AMC-Commissioner-JDTP-Modification-2292-2018.— The Development Plan of Amravati (R.) has been sanctioned by the Government in Urban Develop- ment Department by Notification No. TPS-2892-1180-CR-90-92 (B)-UD-13, dated 4 th December 1992 and it has come into force with effect from 25th February 1993. Amravati Municipal Corporation through its General Body Resolution intends to make the following modification u/s 37 (1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 to the Sanctioned Development Plan of Amravati (Revised).
