आवश्यक शैक्षणिक अर्हताधारक उमेदवारांनी त्यांचे अर्ज आवश्यक त्या सर्व कागदपत्रांसह दिनांक १५ सप्टेंबर २०१८ पयर्ंत कार्यालयीन वेळेत कार्यालयास सादर करावेत.

वर नमूद पदावरील नेमणूक ही अत्यंत तात्पुरत्या स्वरुपात करार पद्धतीने असल्याने त्यांना शासकीय कर्मचारी म्हणून गणले जाणार नाही, किंवा शासकीय कर्मचारी म्हणून त्यांना कोणताही हक्क असणार नाही. प्राप्त अजार्ंमधून गुणवत्तेनुसार तसेच कार्यालयाच्या कामकाजाच्या दृष्टीने निवड समितीस उपयुक्त वाटणाया एकास पाच या प्रमाणात छाननी करून उमेदवारांना वैयक्ितक मुलाखतीसाठी बोलविण्यात येईल. उमेदवाराच्या निवडीबाबतचे संपूर्ण अधिकार निवड समितीचे रहातील. तात्पुरत्या नियुक्तीबाबतचे आदेश हे अकरा महिनेपयर्ंतच्या कालावधीकरीता राहतील.

आता, मा. उच्च न्यायालय, मुंबई यांनी सुट क्र.६७९/१९७३ मध्ये महाराष्ट्र राज्य वि. गोदरेज बॉईस मॅन्युफॅक्चरिंग लि. व इतर याप्रकरणी दिनांक २३ ऑगस्ट २०१८ रोजी दिलेल्या निर्देशानुसार दिनांक २१ ऑगस्ट २०१८ पासून अॅड. श्री. अमर मिश्रा, उच्च न्यायालय, मुंबई यांची उच्च न्यायालय, (मूळ शाखा), मुंबई येथील सुट क्र.६७९/१९७३ या प्रकरणाचा अंतिम निकाल लागेपयर्ंत शासनाची बाजू मांडण्याकरिता विशेष समुपदेशी म्हणून नियुक्ती करण्यात येत आहे.

२. सदर नियुक्त्या महाराष्ट्र विधि अधिकारी (नियुक्ती, सेवाशर्ती व मानधन) नियम, १९८४ यामध्ये दिलेल्या सेवाशतर्ींच्या अधिन राहील. तसेच, अॅड. श्री. अमर मिश्रा यांना सरकारी वकील (मूळ शाखा) उच्च न्यायालय, मुंबई यांना लागू असलेले शुल्क देय राहील.

NOTIFICATION

No. SPP-2018/U.O.R. 83/D-XIV.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of the section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act No. II of 1974), the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints Adv. Raja B. Thakare as "Special Public Prosecutor" for conducting all the cases which is arising out of C.R.No.11/2018 registered at Anti Terrorism Squad Police Station, Kalachowky, Mumbai.

2. His appointment is strictly subject to the conditions of service laid down in the Maharashtra Law Officers (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Remuneration) Rules, 1984.

3. The fees of Adv. Raja B. Thakare, Special Public Prosecutor shall be paid by Home Department as per the proposal approved by this department.

4. The Government reserves the right to revoke/modify/annul the order without assigning any reasons.
