ज्याअर्थी, उरण शहराची दुसरी सुधारित विकास योजना ही शासनाने नगरविकास विभाग निर्णय क्रमांक टीपीएस. १७१३/१३८४/प्र.क्र. १२०/ १६/नवि-१२, दिनांक ९ मार्च २०१७ अन्वये सेफ्टी झोन व CRZ बाधित भाग वगळून मंजूर केलेली आहे ;
ज्याअर्थी, विविध लोकांनी/संस्थांनी उरण शहराच्या सौदर्यात वृद्धी व्हावी व नागरिकांना प्रशस्त अशा सार्वजनिक बगीच्याची सुविधा उपलब्ध व्हावी या दृष्टीकोनातून सव्र्हे नं. ८/१/अ या २.३०.७५ हे.आर. या संपूर्ण जागेवर उद्यान व पर्यटनाकरिता आरक्षण ठेवणेबाबत नगरपरिषदेला विनंती केलेली आहे ;

'' उरण नगरपरिषदेच्या मंजूर विकास योजनेमध्ये म्हातवली स. नं. ८/१/अ या मिळकतीवरील '' आरक्षण क्रमांक ६५ हॉस्पिटल व नर्सिंग कॉलेजसाठी आरक्षित क्षेत्र '' तसेच नियोजित १२.०० मीटर रुंदीचे रस्त्याखालील जागा वगळता उर्वरित भूखंड '' आरक्षण क्रमांक ६९ उद्यान (गार्डन) '' या सार्वजनिक प्रयोजनाकरिता आरक्षित ठेवलेल्या जागेमध्ये समाविष्ट करण्यात यावे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त फेरबदलातील सार्वजनिक हित विचारात घेता महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ चे कलम ३७ अन्वये नियोजन प्राधिकरणास प्राप्त असलेल्या प्राधिकारांचा वापर करून उरण शहराच्या मंजूर योजनेमध्ये म्हातवली सव्र्हे नं. ८/१/अ या मिळकतीवरील '' आरक्षण क्रमांक ६५ हॉस्पिटल व नर्सिंग कॉलेजसाठी आरक्षित क्षेत्र '' तसेच नियोजित १२.०० मीटर रुंदीचे रस्त्याखालील जागा वगळता उर्वरित भूखंड '' आरक्षण क्रमांक ६९ उद्यान (गार्डन) '' या सार्वजनिक प्रयोजनासाठी आरक्षित ठेवलेल्या जागेमध्ये समाविष्ट करणे आवश्यक आहे असे नियोजन प्राधिकरणांचे मत झाले आहे ;
त्याअर्थी, उक्त फेरबदलासाठी उक्त अधिनियमांतील कलम ३७ अन्वये प्राप्त असलेल्या तसेच इतर अनुषंगिक अधिकारांनुसार उरण शहराचे नियोजन प्राधिकरण याद्वारे '' प्रस्तावीत फेरबदल '' प्रस्तावासंदर्भात आम जनतेकडून सूचना/हरकती/आक्षेप मागविण्यासाठी याद्वारे नोटीस प्रसिद्ध करीत आहे.
उक्त प्रस्तावित फेरबदलाचा नकाशा अध्यक्ष, नियोजन प्राधिकरण, उरण नगरपरिषद यांचे सहीशिक्क्यानिशी व तारखेसह नगरपरिषद कार्यालयात कार्यालयीन वेळेत जनतेच्या अवलोकनार्थ ठेवण्यांत आला आहे. तरी या प्रस्तावाबाबत काही हरकती/सूचना/आक्षेप असल्यास त्यांनी ही नोटीस महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झाल्याच्या तारखेपासून ३० दिवसाचे आत नगरपरिषद नियोजन प्राधिकरणाच्या कार्यालयांत लेखी दाखल कराव्यांत. याबाबत मुदतीत आलेल्या हरकती/सूचना/आक्षेपावर सुनावणी देण्याची विहित कार्यवाही पूर्ण केल्यानंतर प्रस्तावित '' उक्त फेरबदलाचा '' प्रस्ताव मंजुरीकरिता माननीय शासनाकडे सादर केला जाईल.

[under section 37(1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966] Whereas, Government of Maharashtra has been sanctioned the IInd revised Development plan of Uran City (E.P. Under Safety Zone and CRZ accordingly) by the Notification No. TPS. 1713/1384/CR- 120/16/UD-12, dated 9th March 2017 ;
And whereas, it is requested to Planning Authority by the public and some social workers, institutes, That to reserve entire land of Mhatavali Survey No. 8/1/A admeasuring 2.30.75 Hector for the '' Garden '' in the larger interest of public purpose ;
And whereas Planning Authority of Uran City i.e. Uran Municipal Council, has decided to propose modifications under section 37 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 by Resolution No. 01, in its special meeting held on 28th August 2018, that entire land of Mhatavali Survey No. 8/1/A is to be included in the Reservation No. 69 of '' Garden '' for the public purpose, excluding the area under Reservation No. 65 '' Hospital and Nursing Collage '' and areas under the proposed 12 meter wide D. P. Roads in the same land ;
And whereas, the Planning Authority found it expedient in the larger public interest to take recourse to the provisions contained in section 37 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 to include the entire land of Mhatavali Survey No. 8/1/A in the Reservation No. 69 of Garden for the public purpose excluding area under Reservation No. 65 '' Hospital and Nursing Collage '' and area under the proposed D. P. Roads in the same land.
Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conformed by sub-section (1) of the section 37 of the said Act and all other powers enabling in that behalf the Planning Authority of Uran City hereby publishes a Notice for inviting Suggestions/Objections from any person with respect to the said Modifications.
Any Objection/Suggestion upon the said Modifications are forwarded before the expiry of One Month (i.e. 30 days) from the date of publication of this Notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette to the Planning Authority of Uran City is competent to give hearing and to submit the proposal of the said Modifications for sanction to the State Government after consideration of the said suggestions and objections with the due process laid down in the said Act.

बृहन्मुंबई महानगरपालिका अधिनियम, १८८८ (आजतागायत सुधारित) च्या कलम २९७ (१) (ब) अन्वये खालीलप्रमाणे जाहीर सूचना देण्यात येत आहे :----
बृहन्मुंबई महानगरपालिकेच्या 'जी/उत्तर' विभागातील, प्रस्तावित ९.१५ मीटर (३० फुट) (शितलादेवी मंदीर रस्त्याला जोडलेला) भु.क्र. ३८३, ३८५, ३८६, ३८७, ३८९ येथील रस्ता रुंदीकरणाबाबतचा प्रस्ताव दिनांक ........... रोजी महापालिकेच्या सभेमध्ये सदर सूचना प्रस्तावित केल्यापासून ३० दिवसांच्या नंतर तसेच किंवा येणाया जेव्हा केव्हा सदरहू प्रस्ताव निकालात काढता येईल अशा महापालिकेच्या सभेत मांडण्यात येईल.
सदर प्रचलित मंजूर रस्ता रेषेने बाधित असलेला रस्ता 'जी/उत्तर' विभागातील शितलादेवी मंदीर जोडरस्ता अस्तित्वात ८.५२ मी. रुंदी असलेल्या रस्त्याची रुंदी ९.१५ मी. (३० फुट) करण्याचे प्रस्तावित आहे. नगरविकास विभाग, अधिसूचना क्रमांक टीपीबी-१८१३/३०६७/सीआर- १२२/१८१३/एमसीओआरपी/१२/युडी-१३, दिनांक १६ नोव्हेंबर २०१६ च्या अनुषंगाने आणि महानगरपालिका आयुक्त यांची मंजुरी क्रमांक एमसीपी/७५८९, दिनांक २३ फेब्रुवारी २०१७ अन्वये ९.०० मी. पेक्षा कमी रुंदीच्या रस्त्यांचे रुंदीकरण ९.०० मी. किंवा त्यापेक्षा जास्त स्थळाच्या सद्य:स्थितिनुसार एमआरटीपी कायदा, १९६६ आणि एमएमसी, १८८८ अन्वये प्रस्तावित करण्याचे निर्देशित केले आहे.
महानगरपालिका आयुक्त यांची मंजुरी क्रमांक एमसीपी/५२१७, दिनांक १३ मार्च २०१८ व एमसीपी/७५०२, दिनांक ५ जून २०१८ अन्वये तवत: मंजूर केलेली ९.१५ मी. (३० फुट) रस्ता रेषा नकाशावर दर्शविली आहे. ज्यामध्ये प्रस्तावित ९.१५ मी. (३० फुट) रस्ता रेषा हिरव्या रंगात दर्शविलेली असून सदर नकाशा सहायक आयुक्त, 'जी/उत्तर' विभाग, म्युनिसिपल कार्यालय, हरिश्चंद्र येवले मार्ग, दादर (प.), मुंबई ४०० ०२८ व सहायक अभियंता (सर्वेक्षण) शहर, उप प्रमुख अभियंता (इमारत प्रस्ताव) शहर, नवीन महापालिका इमारत, भगवान वाल्मिकी चौक, विद्यालंकार मार्ग, हनुमान मंदिरासमोर, अँटॉप हिल, वडाळा (पूर्व), मुंबई ४०० ०३७ येथील कार्यालयात कार्यालयीन वेळेत निरीक्षणासाठी उपलब्ध ठेवण्यात आला आहे.
ज्या कोणास उपरोक्त प्रस्तावाबाबत प्रतिवेदने/हरकती पाठवावयाच्या असतील त्यांनी त्या महानगरपालिका चिटणीस, बृहन्मुंबई महानगरपालिका मुख्यालय, नवीन विस्तारित इमारत, पहिला मजला, महापालिका मार्ग, फोर्ट, मुंबई ४०० ००१ यांच्या कार्यालयात संबंधित सभेच्या दिवसाच्या अगोदर तीन (३) संपूर्ण दिवसापूर्वी प्राप्त होतील अशाप्रकारे पाठवाव्यात. त्यानंतर प्राप्त झालेली प्रतिवेदने/हरकती विचारात घेतल्या जाणार नाहीत, याची कृपया नोंद घेण्यात यावी.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 297 (1) (b) of Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888 (as amended upto date) that, the undersigned proposes to apply to the Corporation at their meeting dated ........... to be held after 30 days from display of this public notice or such day thereafter, as the said application can conveniently be disposed off for authority to accept proposed sanctioned 9.15 Mt. (30´0´´) wide Regular Line of the road connecting to Shitladevi Temple Road, passing through plot bearing C.S.No. 383, 385, 386, 387, 389 of Mahim Division in G/N Ward.
The Road connecting to Shitladevi Temple Road having 8.52 mt. wide same is proposed to be widened to 9.00 mt. or above as per Government Notification under No. TPS/1813/3067/CR-122/1813/MCORP/12/ UD-13, dated the 16th November 2016 and as per subsequent order of Municipal Commissioner under No. MCP/7589, dated the 23rd February 2017 directing to convert/widen the roads of width less than 9.00 mt. to 9.00 mt. and above, as per site condition through MR and TP, Act, 1966 and MMC Act, 1888.
The Regular line alignment of 9.15 mt. wide is as shown on plan, which in principal approval by Municipal Commissioner under No. MCP/5217, dated the 13th March 2018 and under No. MCP/7502, dated 5th June 2018. The proposed alignment of line 9.15 mt. (30´0´´) to be prescribed is shown in Green Colour on plan displayed at the Office of Assistant Commissioner, G/North Ward situated at Harishchandra Yelve Marg, Dadar (West), Mumbai 400 028 and also displayed at the office of Assistant Engineer (Survey) City and the Deputy Chief Engineer (Building Proposal) City, situated at Dosti Acres, Walmiki Chowk, Vidyalankar College Marg, Wadala (E.), Mumbai 400 037.
Any person desirous making any representation to the Corporation or of bringing before the Corporation any suggestion/objection in respect of the said proposal, may do so by letter addressed to Municipal Secretary having office at the Municipal Head Office (Annexe Building), 1st Floor, Mahapalika Marg, Fort, Mumbai 400 001 and deliver at the said office not less than three clear days before the day of such meeting. The letter received after such date, cannot be consider, which please be noted.
