Sanctioned Development Plan of Amravati (Revised)

The Development Plan of Amravati (R) has been sanctioned by the Government in Urban Develop- ment Department by Notification No. TPS-2892-1180-CR-90-92(B)-UD-13, Dated 4th December 1992 and it has come into force with effect from 25th February 1993. Amravati Municipal Corporation through its General Body resolution intends to make the following modification U/s 37(1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 to sanctioned Development plan of Amravati (Revised).

The copies of the plan showing there on the above said modification in the Development Plan of Amravati (R) signed and dated by the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Amravati along with the copies of the Guidelines of the Government for modification were kept in the Office of Amravati Municipal Corporation for inspection by the public during office hours on all working days.
The Suggestions and Objections from any person which may be received in writing by the Municipal Corporation Amravati within the period of one month (30 days) from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette shall be considered by this corporation before submitting it to Government for sanction.

The Zarijamani Nagar Panchayat by its Special General Body Resolution No. 8, dated 06-07-2018 has declared its intention to prepare Development Plan as per the provisions of Section 23 (1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, for the area within its jurisdiction. A copy of the plan showing the area for which the Development Plan is to be prepared is kept open for inspection by the public on the all working days at the Office to the Zarijamani Nagar Panchayat as required U/s 23 (2) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. Suggestions or Objections regarding boundaries of the said D.P. if any should be communicated in writing to the Nagar Panchayat Office within 60 days from the date of publication of declaration of the said intention in the Maharashtra Government Gazettee as required vide Section 23 (1) of the Act. Suggestions/Objections received after the given period will not be taken into consideration.
