आणि त्याअर्थी, उक्त फेरफाराच्या अनुषंगाने या जाहीर सुचनेद्वारा जनतेकडून हरकती व सूचना मागविण्यात येत आहेत. हरकती व सूचना लेखी स्वरुपात निम्न स्वाक्षरीकार यांचे नावे ही जाहीर सूचना शासकीय राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झाल्यापासून ६० दिवसांचे आत कार्यालयीन कामकाजाचे वेळेत सादर कराव्यात. म्हणजे त्याचा विचार फेरफार प्रस्ताव शासनाकडे मंजुरीसाठी पाठविताना केला जाईल. मुदतीनंतर आलेल्या हरकती व सूचनांचा विचार केला जाणार नाही. वरील प्रस्तावित फेरबदल दर्शविणारा नकाशा नगर परिषदेच्या कार्यालयामध्ये कार्यालयीन वेळेत व दिवशी अवलोकनार्थ ठेवण्यात आलेला आहे.

Notice
Whereas, the revised sanctioned + extended areas Development plan of Roha has been sanctioned by Government in Urban Development Department vide Notification No. TPS. 1704/496/CR-217/04/UD- 12, dated 18th July 2005 and came into force with effect from 10th October 2005 and excluded areas Development plan sanctioned vide Notification No. TPS. 1701/496/CR-217/04/UD-12, dated 12th September 2006 and came into force from 30th October 2006 (hereinafter referred to as '' the said Development Plan '') ;
And whereas, to change the demarcation of Blue line on development plan of Roha Municipal Council ;
And whereas, Municipal Council vide its Resolution No. 590, dated 31st August 2018 has decided to change the demarcation of Blue line on development plan of Roha Municipal Council under section 37 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as '' Said Modifications '') ;
Now, therefore, in pursuance of the sub-section (1) of section 37 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, suggestions and objections, if any, with reference to the above proposed modifications are invited in writing from the public within sixty (60) days from publications of this notification of the notice in Government Gazette and these suggestions and objections would be considered by the Municipal Council at the time of submitting the proposed modification to the Government for sanction.
Suggestions and objection not received in the prescribed time limit will not be considered by Municipal Council.
Part Plan showing the proposed modification to the '' said Development Plan '' is kept open for the inspection of the public in the Municipal Council Office during the working days and working hours.

आणि ज्याअर्थी, मिरा-भाइर्ंदर महानगरपालिकेने सर्वसाधारण सभा ठराव क्रमांक ८४, प्रकरण क्रमांक ८३, दिनांक १९ ऑक्टोबर २०१८ अन्वये उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम ३७ नुसार मंजूर विकास योजनेमध्ये खालीलप्रमाणे फेरबदल करण्याचे ठरविले आहे.
मिरा-भाइर्ंदर शहरासाठीच्या मंजूर विकास योजनेमधील यासोबत जोडलेल्या नकाशाप्रमाणे नाविकास विभागात समाविष्ट असलेल्या मौजे नवघर, स.क्र. २६७/१ ते ३, २५९/४, २६०/३, २६५/२, ३, ४, २६६/१ ते ६ व इतर जागा नाविकास विभागामधून वगळून रहिवास विभागामध्ये समाविष्ट करणे.
आणि त्याअर्थी, उपरोक्त नमूद फेरबदलाबाबत हरकती किंवा सूचना द्यावयाच्या असल्यास त्यांनी हरकती/सूचना लेखी स्वरुपात सदरची अधिसूचना शासन राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झालेल्या दिनांकापासून ३० दिवसांच्या मुदतीपयर्ंत सादर कराव्यात, म्हणजे सदर फेरबदलाच्या प्रस्तावास अंतिम स्वरुप देण्यापूर्वी उक्त सूचना/हरकतींचा विचार करता येऊ शकेल.

NOTIFICATION
(Under section 37 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966) Whereas, the Development Plan of Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation has been sanctioned by the Government Under Section 31(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (Hereinafter referred to as the " Said Act ") vide Notification No. TPS. 1296/ 847/CR-162/96, UD-12, dated 14th May 1997 and came into force from the dated 15th July 1997 ;
And whereas, excluded portion has been sanctioned U/s. 31(1) of " Said Act " by the Government vide Notification No. TPS/1298/941/CR-89/98, UD-12, dated 25th August 2000 and came into force from dated 15th October 2000 ;
And whereas, Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation has decided vide General Body Resolution No. 84, Chapter No. 83, dated 19th October 2018 to make the modification in Sanctioned Development Plan Under section 37 of " Said Act " as described below.
Land in Village Navghar bearing S.No. 267/1 to 3, 259/4, 260/3, 265/2,3,4, 266/1 to 6 and other Land as shown in plan, which are included in No Development Zone as per the Sanctioned Development Plan for Mira-Bhayandar City are to be deleted from No Development Zone and to be included in Residential Zone.
And therefore, for the above said modification, those who wants to submit their suggestions and objections, may submit in writing within one month from publications of Notification in Government gazette, to the Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation, which may be considered before finalizing the proposal.
Proposed modification is kept open in the Head Office and Townplanning Department of Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation during Official hours for the inspection of the public.
