भारताचे संविधान.
क्रमांक व्हीपीएम २०१८/प्र. क्र. ११२/पंरा.४ (२२).------भारताच्या संविधानाच्या अनुच्छेद २४३ च्या खंड (छ) व महाराष्ट्र ग्रामपंचायत अधिनियम (१९५९ चा तीन) कलम ४ याद्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा आणि यासंदर्भात समर्थ करणाया इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून आणि यासंदर्भात काढण्यात आलेल्या पूर्वीच्या सर्व अधिसूचनांचे किंवा संलेखांचे अधिक्रमण करून आणि कानकाटी पुनर्वसन या महसुली गावामध्ये संबंधित महसुली गावाचे क्षेत्र समाविष्ट असल्यानुसार तसेच वर्धा जिल्हा परिषदेची स्थायी समिती, यांच्याशी विचारविनिमय करून व वर्धा जिल्ह्यतील समुद्रपूर तालुक्यातील पुनर्वसित कानकाटी (पुनर्वसन) महसुली गावातील ग्रामस्थांच्या मागणीनुसार महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल, याद्वारे वर्धा जिल्ह्यतील समुद्रपूर तालुक्यातील या सोबतच्या अनुसूचीतील स्तंभ (३) मध्ये विर्िनदिष्ट केल्याप्रमाणे कानकाटी (पुनर्वसन) महसुली गावाचा समावेश असलेले स्थानिक क्षेत्र हे ज्या दिनांकापासून स्वतंत्र गाव असेल आणि संविधानाच्या भाग ९ च्या प्रयोजनासाठी अनुसूचीतील स्तंभ (२) मध्ये विर्िनदिष्ट केल्याप्रमाणे कानकाटी (पुनर्वसन) या नावाने ओळखले जातील तो दिनांक म्हणून २९ ऑक्टोबर २०१८ हा दिवस विर्िनदिष्ट करीत आहेत.

NOTIFICATION
CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
No.VPM-2018/CR- 112/PR-4 (22).––In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of article 243 of the Constitution of India, read with section 4 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act ( III of 1959), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supersession of all the previous notifications or instruments issued in that behalf, in so far as the revenue village area extended to the Kankati (Punarvasan) revenue village concerned and after consultation with the Standing Committee of the Zilla Parishad, Wardha, and on demand of villagers of rehabilitated Kankati (Punarvasan) revenue village in Samudrapur Tahasil of Wardha District, the Governor of Maharashtra hereby specifies the 29th October, 2018 to be the date from which each of the local areas comprising the revenue village of Kankati (Punarvasan) in Samudrapur Tahasil of District Wardha, specified in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto, shall be the distinct village and shall be known by the name of the village Kankati (Punarvasan), as specified in column (2) thereof, for the purposes of Part IX of the Constitution.
