भारताचे संविधान.
क्रमांक व्हीपीएम. २०१८/प्र.क्र. ११७/पंरा-४(२२).----भारताच्या संविधानाच्या अनुच्छेद २४३ च्या खंड (छ) व महाराष्ट्र ग्रामपंचायत अधिनियम (१९५९ चा तीन) कलम ४ याद्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा आणि यासंदर्भात समर्थ करणा-या इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून आणि यासंदर्भात काढण्यात आलेल्या पुर्वीच्या सर्व अधिसूचनांचे किंवा संलेखांचे अधिक्रमण करून तसेच सिंधुदुर्ग जिल्हा परिषदेची स्थायी समिती, सिंधुदुर्ग जिल्ह्यतील मालवण तालुक्यातील ग्रामपंचायत आणि ग्रामसभा मसुरे-डांगमोडे यांच्याशी विचारविनिमय करून, महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल, याद्वारे सिंधुदुर्ग जिल्ह्यतील मालवण तालुक्यातील मर्डे, मसुरे, कावा, डांगमोडे, सय्यदजुवा, मार्गाचीतड, वाडीडांगमोडे, मागवणे, खाजणवाडी, चांदेर, बिळवस, आंगणेवाडी, भोगलेवाडी, देऊळवाडा व खेरवंद या सोबतच्या अनुसूचीतील स्तंभ (३) मध्ये विर्िनदिष्ट केल्याप्रमाणे महसुली गावांच्या गटाचा समावेश असलेले स्थानिक क्षेत्र हे ज्या दिनांकापासून स्वतंत्र गाव असेल आणि संविधानाच्या भाग ९ च्या प्रयोजनासाठी अनुसूचीतील स्तंभ (२) मध्ये विर्िनदिष्ट केल्याप्रमाणे मर्डे, बिळवस आणि देऊळवाडा या नावाने ओळखले जातील तो दिनांक म्हणून २ नोव्हेंबर २०१८ हा दिवस विर्िनदिष्ट करीत आहेत.

NOTIFICATION
CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
No.VPM. 2018/CR-117/PR-4 (22).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of article 243 of the Constitution of India, read with section 4 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act (III of 1959), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supersession of all the previous notifications or instruments issued in that behalf, and after consultation with the Standing Committee of the Zilla Parishad, Sindhudurg and Village Panchayat and Gram Sabha Masure-Dangamode, in MalwanTahasil of Sindhudurg District, the Governor of Maharashtra hereby specifies the 2nd November, 2018, to be the date from which each of the local areas comprising group of revenue villages of Marde, Masure, Kawa, Dangamode, Sayedjuva, Margachitad, Wadidangmode, Magavane, Khajanwadi, Chander, Bilwas, Anganewadi, Bhoglewadi, Dewoolwada and Khervand in MalwanTahasil of Sindhudurg District, specified in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto, shall be the distinct villages and shall be known by the name of the villages Marde, Bilwas and Dewoolwada,respectively, as specified in column (2) thereof, for the purposes of Part IX of the Constitution.
