No.TPS- 3718/360/CR-41/2018/UD-30 : Whereas, in accordance with sub section (1) of section 31 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (Maharashtra Act No.XXXVII of 1966) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), the Government of Maharashtra has sanctioned a part of the draft Development Plan for the area within the limits of the Latur Municipal Council, Latur (hereinafter referred to as "the said Development Plan") vide Urban Development Department's Notification No. TPS- 3700/471/CR-153 (A)/2000/UD-30, dated 2nd And whereas, the Government has published the proposed modifications of substantial nature EP-1 to EP-45, the excluded parts of the said Development Plan (hereinafter referred to as "the said Excluded Parts") vide Urban Development Department's Notice No.TPS-3700/ 471/CR- 153(B)/2000/UD-30, dated 2 nd January, 2002 and corrigendum to the said Notice dated 17th April, 2002 for inviting objections/ suggestions from the general public under second proviso to sub Section (1) of Section 31 of the said Act;

१६४६ द्धन्रु]क्ष् रू न्, ाप्म्न् दाम्न्, म्दन् १५-२१, २०१८ : ॅॅ २४-३० ॅ १९४० १-ान्म््रAnd whereas, the Government has sanctioned modifications of substantial nature (EP- 1 to EP-45) as parts of the said Development Plan (hereinafter referred to as "the said Excluded Parts") as specified in Government Notification No. TPS-3702/1407/CR- 335/2002/UD-30, dated 30th August, 2008,TPS- 3702/1407/CR-335/2002/UD-30, dated 9th July, 2004 & TPS-3702/1407/CR- 335/2002/UD-30, dated 28th October, 2004 regarding EP-1, EP-36 & EP-39 (3Nos.) and Notification No.TPS-3714/623/ CR-171/2014/UD-30, dated-31st August, 2015 regarding EP No.2 to 12, 13B(3), 13B(4), 14 to 35, 37, 38 & 40 to 45 (42 Nos.);
And whereas, the Government again republished some modifications of substantial nature as the excluded parts belonging to EP-13B(1) & 13B(2) of the said Development Plan (hereinafter referred to as "the said Revised Excluded Part") as REP-1 vide Urban Development Department's Notice No. TPS- 3714/ 623/CR-171(B)/2014/UD-30, dated 31st August, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Notice"), published in the Official Gazette, Part I-A, Aurangabad Divisional Supplement, dated 03rd November, 2016 on pages No. 2416 to 2417 and the corrigendum issued on dated 24th July, 2017 published in the Official Gazette, Part I, dated 17th August, 2017 on page No. 1237 for inviting suggestions / objections from the general public under second proviso to Sub Section (1) of Section 31 of the said Act.;
And whereas, in accordance with sub section (2) of section 31 of the said Act, the Government, vide the said Notice, appointed the Joint Director of Town Planning, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad as "the And whereas, in accordance with Sub Section (3) of Section 31 of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra has taken into consideration the objections and suggestions received and the report of the said Officer ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Sub Section (1) of Section. 31 of the said Act and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, and after consulting the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, the Government Of Maharashtra hereby sanctions the draft Development Plan of the erstwhile Latur Municipal Council as regards the said Revised Excluded Part in terms of R.E.P. Nos. 1, as specified in the Schedule of Modification annexed hereto, which shall be a part of the final Development Plan of the erstwhile Latur Municipal Council as regards the said Revised Excluded Parts.
The Final Development Plan in respect of the said Revised Excluded Parts of the erstwhile Latur Municipal Council (viz. R.E.P. No.l) shall come into force after one month from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
A copy of plan showing the aforesaid sanctioned modification as regards the said Revised Excluded Part in terms of R.E.P. No. 1 as specified in the Schedule shall be available in the office of the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Latur during office hours on all working days for inspection of public for a period of one month.
This Notification shall also be available on Government website- www.maharashtra.gov.in By order and in the name of Governor of Officer" to hear the persons submitting objections / suggestions in respect of the proposed modification of Maharashtra,
substantial nature and to submit his report to the Government (hereinafter referred to as "the said Officer");

And Whereas, the Sub Divisional Officer Aurangabad Industrial Development Act, 1961 No.2017/LQN/Karmad/CR-1 Whereas, by Government Notification Industries, Energy and La- bor Department No. IDC/2017/(169)/14 Dated19- may-2017 issued under-Sub-Section (3) of Section (1) Of Maharashtra Industrial Development Act 1961.Mah.III of 1962) (Hereinafter referred to as "The said Act") And Published in the Maharashtra Govern- ment Extra ordinary Gazette part IV-B dated26-May- 2017 on Pages 1 to 4, the Government of Maharashtra has directed that the provisions of Chapter VI of the said Act. Shall take effect from 20 th day of May- 2017 in the areas specified in the Schedule to the noti- fication.
And whereas, the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto are situated in the areas wherein the Provisions of the Chapter VI of the said Act. have been taken effect as aforesaid.
And whereas, under section 32 of the said Act. The State Government is empowered to acquire Lands in the areas to which Chapter VI of the said Act has been made applicable and are required for The purpose of the development by Maharashtra Industrial Develop- ment Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Cor- is of the opinion that the lands described In the Sched- ule hereto are required by the Corporation for devel- opment as an Industrial Area.
And Whereas, after considering the cause Shown by the owner in the said lands and by other Person inter- ested therein in pursuance of Sub-Section (2) Of Sec- tion 32 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act 1961 the Sub-Divisional Officer Aurangabad has decided to acquire the said lands in pursuance Of the said Section 32.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred By Sub Section (1) of the Section 32 of he Said Act, the Sub-Divisional Officer and Land Acquisition Of- ficer.
