क्रमांक आयडीसी. २०१३/(४०६)/उद्योग १४.---- ज्याअर्थी, अनुसूचीत उल्लेखिलेल्या क्षेत्रात महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९६१ (१९६२ चा महा. तीन) चे प्रकरण सहा, जे अधिसूचना क्रमांक आयडीसी. २००७/(५१६)/उ-१४, दिनांक ६ ऑगस्ट २००७ अन्वये महाराष्ट्र शासनाने सदर अधिसूचनेच्या अनुसूचीत उल्लेखिलेल्या क्षेत्रात महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९६१ (१९६२ चा महा. तीन) (यापुढे ज्याचा उल्लेख '' उक्त क्षेत्र '' असा करण्यात येईल) चे कलम सहा, दिनांक १० ऑगस्ट २००७ रोजी अंमलात आणले होते व उक्त अधिनियमाच्या आधारे उक्त अनुसूचीत नमूद केलेले क्षेत्र अधिनियमाच्या कलम २, खंड (ग) अन्वये औद्योगिक क्षेत्र म्हणून जाहीर केलेले आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, यासोबत जोडलेल्या अनुसूचीत उल्लेखिलेल्या मौजे गोंदे (दुमाला), तालुका इगतपुरी, जिल्हा नाशिक येथील काही जमिनी अधिसूचनेच्या अनुसूचीत उल्लेखिलेल्या क्षेत्रात (यापुढे ज्याचा उल्लेख '' उक्त क्षेत्र '' असा करण्यात येईल) औद्योगिक क्षेत्राच्या विकासासाठी आवश्यक नाहीत असे महाराष्ट्र सरकारचे मत झाले आहे.
त्याअर्थी, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम १, पोट-कलम (३) व कलम २, खंड (ग) अन्वये प्रदान केलेल्या शक्तींचा वापर करून व महाराष्ट्र जनरल क्लॉजेस अॅक्ट च्या कलम २१ सह वाचावे (१९०४ चा १) चा संदर्भ घेऊन महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे खालील उल्लेख केलेल्या क्षेत्रात ज्या गोष्टी झाल्या आहेत किंवा ज्या गोष्टी करावयाच्या ठरविल्या आहेत त्या सोडून महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९६१ चे कलम प्रकरण सहा, दिनांक १२ मार्च २०१६ पासून रद्द करीत आहे आणि सदर क्षेत्र हे जाहीर केलेल्या औद्योगिक क्षेत्राचा भाग राहणार नाही.

NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1961.
No.IDC. 2013/(406)/IND 14. – Whereas, by the Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No.IDC. 2007/(516)/IND-14, dated the 6th August 2007, issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 (Mah.III of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as ''the said Act"), the Government of Maharashtra has appointed the 10th August 2007, to be the date from which the provisions of Chapter VI of the said Act, shall take effect in the areas mentioned in the Schedule appended to the said notification and declared those areas as an industrial area under clause (g) of section 2 of the said Act;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra is of the opinion that the certain areas in village Gonde (Dhumala) in Egatpuri Taluka of Nashik District mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto (hereinafter referred to as "the said areas"), are not required for the purpose of development as an industrial area.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to sub-section (3) of section 1 and clause (g) of section 2 of the said Act read with section 21 of the Maharashtra General Clauses Act (I of 1904) and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, with effect from the 12th March 2016, declares that the provisions of Chapter VI of the said Act, shall cease to be in force in the said areas and the said areas shall not be the industrial area so declared, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before date.

क्रमांक आयडीसी. २०१५/(५५)/उद्योग १४.---- महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९६१ (१९६२ चा महा. तीन) चे कलम १, पोट-कलम (३) अन्वये प्रदान केलेल्या शक्तींचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे मौजे कसबे जामनेर, अंबिलहोळ, अंबिलहोळ (देवीचे) व हिवरखेडे (बु.), तालुका जामनेर, जिल्हा जळगांव येथील सोबत जोडण्यात आलेल्या अनुसूचीत उल्लेखिलेल्या क्षेत्रात उक्त अधिनियमाचे प्रकरण ६ ज्या तारखेस अंमलात येईल ती तारीख १२ मार्च २०१६ म्हणून नियुक्त करीत आहे व उक्त क्षेत्र अधिनियमाच्या कलम २ खंड (ग) अन्वये औद्योगिक क्षेत्र म्हणून जाहीर करीत आहे ;

NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1961.
No. IDC 2015/55/IND-14.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 (Mah. III of 1962), the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints 12th March 2016 to be the date from which the provisions of Chapter VI of the said Act shall take effect in certain areas of villages Kasbe- Jamner, Ambilhol, Ambilhol (Deviche) and Hivarkhede Bk., in Taluka Jamner of District Jalgaon, mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto and declares the said area to be an industrial area under clause (g) of section 2 of the said Act, for the purpose of the said Act;
The said area is more clearly defined in red in the maps deposited in the offices of the Chief Executive Officer, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400 093 and Sub-Divisional Officer, Erandol, District Jalgaon and is bounded by the areas as indicated in the said schedule.

११० १३० ४ मोटार वाहन अधिनियम, १९८८ (१९८८ चा ५९) मध्ये व्याख्या केल्याप्रमाणे व १८० २१० उपरोक्त अ. क्र. ३ मध्ये नमूद केलेले ट्रक वगळून माल वाहतूक व प्रवासी वाहतूक करणारी अवजड वाहने जसे. ट्रक-ट्रेलर, तीन आसांची वाहने.
५ मोटार वाहन अधिनियम, १९८८ (१९८८ चा ५९) मध्ये व्याख्या केल्याप्रमाणे व २४० २८० उपरोक्त अ. क्र. ३ व ४ मध्ये नमूद केलेले ट्रक वगळून माल वाहतूक व प्रवासी वाहतूक करणारी अवजड वाहने, जसे ट्रक-ट्रेलर, सेमी आर्टीक्युलेट ट्रक्स तीनपेक्षा अधिक आसांची वाहने इत्यादी.
१. खालील वाहनांना पथकरातून सूट देण्यात येईल :-----
(१) भारताचे राष्ट्रपती, उप राष्ट्रपती, राज्यांचे राज्यपाल व वाहनांना लाल दिवा अनुज्ञेय असलेल्या अति महवाच्या लोकप्रतिनिधींची वाहने.
(२) लोकसभा व राज्यसभेचे विद्यमान सदस्य तसेच महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा व महाराष्ट्र विधानपरिषदेचे विद्यमान सदस्य प्रवास करीत असलेली वाहने.
(३) लोकसभा व राज्यसभेचे माजी सदस्य तसेच महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा व महाराष्ट्र विधानपरिषदेचे माजी सदस्य प्रवास करीत असलेली वाहने.
(४) महाराष्ट्र राज्य रस्ते वाहतूक महामंडळाच्या (एस. टी.) प्रवासी बसेस.
(५) स्कूल बसेस.
(६) केंद्र व राज्य शासनाची वाहने
(७) पोलीस विभागाची वाहने.
(८) लष्कराच्या मालकीची वाहने.
(९) टपाल आणि तार खात्याची वाहने.
(१०) रुग्णवाहीका.

२. पथकर दराचा फलक पथकर नाक्यावर सवार्ंना दिसेल अशा पद्धतीने लावण्यात यावा. तसेच वाहन धारकांस प्रत्येक वेळी पथकर वसुलीची संगणकीकृत पावती देण्यात यावी.
३. शासन पत्र क्र. खाक्षेस-२०१२/प्र.क्र.३३/रस्ते-९अ दिनांक १३ जुलै २०१२ अन्वये इलेट्रॉनिक माहिती फलक पथकर नाक्यावर सवार्र्ंना दिसेल अशा पद्धतीने लावण्यात यावा.
४. या अधिसूचनेनुसार पथकर नाक्यावर वर नमूद केलेल्या कालावधीकरिता पथकर गोळा करण्याचा व पथकराची संपूर्ण रक्कम ठेवून घेण्याचा हक्क मे. सुप्रिम मनोर वाडा भिवंडी इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर प्रा. लि., मुंबई यांना प्रदान करण्यात आला आहे.
टिपा.------पथकराच्या दरामध्ये खालीलप्रमाणे सवलत देण्यात येईल :---------
(अ) पथकराच्या ५० कुपन्सची पुस्तिका आगावू खरेदी करणा-यास पुस्तिकेच्या किंमतीमध्ये १० टक्के सवलत देण्यात येईल.
(ब) पथकराच्या १०० कुपन्सची पुस्तिका आगाऊ खरेदी करणा-यास पुस्तिकेच्या किंमतीमध्ये २० टक्के सवलत देण्यात येईल.
(क) वारंवार प्रवास करणा-या वाहनांसाठी परतीच्या प्रवासाचे व दैनिक पासाचे दर हे त्या वाहनाच्या एकेरी प्रवास दराच्या अनुक्रमे दीड पट व अडीट पट राहतील. परतीच्या प्रावसाचा पास व दैनिक पास हा ज्या दिवशी पास काढला जाईल त्या दिवशीच्या रात्री १२-०० वाजेपयर्ंत ग्रा राहील.
(ड) मासिक पासाचे दर एकेरी प्रावस दराच्या ५० पट राहतील.
(इ) मासिक पास ज्या दिनांकास देण्यात येईल त्या दिनांकापासून ३० दिवस मोजण्यात यावा.
(फ) पथकर स्थानकाच्या ५ कि.मी. त्रिज्येमधील स्थानिक वाहनांना पथकराच्या एकेरी दराच्या १० पट मासिक पासची तरतूद वरील अनुक्रमांक २ मध्ये विहित केलेल्या वाहनांना देण्यात यावी. (अनुसूचीतील अनुक्रमांक ३, ४, ५ मधील वाहने वगळून) देण्यात यावी. सदर सवलत फक्त स्वत:च्या वापरासाठी प्रावासी वाहनांपुरती अनुज्ञेय राहील. स्थानिक रहिवाशांची वाहने ठरविताना खालीलप्रमाणे निकष लावण्यात यावेत :-----
(१) सदर वाहन त्या परिसरात नोंदणी केलेले असावे.
(२) सदर वाहन त्या परिसरात नोंदणी केलेले नसल्यास ज्या व्यक्ितच्या नावाने वाहन आहे तो त्या परिसरातील रहिवाशी असल्याबद्दल रेशन कार्डचा पुराव देणे आवश्यक राहील.

MAHARASHTRA MOTOR VEHICLES TAX ACT, 1958.
No.PSP.2008/CR-141/Road-9A.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1-A), (1-B), (1-C), (1-D), and (1-E) of section 20 of the Bombay Motor Vehicles Tax Act (LXV of 1958) and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby declares that toll shall be levied on the classes of motor vehicles specified in column (2) of the Schedule appended hereto and on the trailers drawn by such motor vehicles, passing over the section of Four Lanning of Manor to Wada Road SH-34 in km. 29/550 to 53/800 and Wada to Bhivandi Road, SH-35 in km. 49/00 to 89/070 Tahsil Wada Bhivandi and Palghar, District Thane under the "Build, Operate and Transfer" (BOT) scheme by M/s. Supreme Manor Wada Bhivandi Infrastructure Private Limited, Mumbai at their own expenses, at the rates and for the periods specified against each of the said motor vehicles in column (3) of the said Schedule, with effect from the 2nd March 2016 to the 1st March 2019 at the toll collection centre constructed at kilometer 83/870 (for vehicles from Wada to Bhivandi) and at kilometer 82/610 (for vehicles from Bhivandi to Wada) near Kawad village on Bhivandi Wada road SH-35 and at kilometer 38/020 near Waghote village on Manor Wada Road SH-34.

5 Heavy goods vehicles and heavy passenger motor vehicles as 240 280 defined in the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988), such as Semi Articulate Trucks, Trucks-Trailers combination, more than three axle and except vehicles covered by the entry at serial numbers 3 and 4 above.
1. The following types of vehicles are exempted from payment of toll, namely :—
(i) VVIP vehicles carrying President of India, Vice-President of India, Governor of State, Public Representatives entitled for red lamp on their vehicles.

(iii) Vehicles carrying Ex-Member of Parliament Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and Maharashtra Legislative Council.
(iv) Buses of the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (ST).
(v) School Buses.
(vi) State and Central Government vehicles.
(vii) Police vehicles.
(viii) Defence vehicles.
(ix) Post and Telegraph Department vehicles.
(x) Ambulances.
(xi) Hearses.
(xii) Fire fighting vehicles.
2. The above mentioned rates of toll shall be displayed on boards clearly visible to the people in the vicinity of the toll station. A computerised receipt shall be passed on each and every occasion of recovery of toll.
3. Electronic Display Board shall be installed in vicinity of toll station as per Government letter No. PSP-2012/C.R.-33/Road-9, dated the 13th July 2012.
4. For the purpose of this notification, M/s. Supreme Manor Wada Bhivandi Infrastructure Private Limited, Mubai is authorised to collect and retain the amount of toll at the above mentioned toll collection center.
Note.—Concessions in rates of toll are as given below, namely :—
(a) 10 per cent. rebate will be given to the purchaser of booklet containing 50 coupons in advance.
(b) 20 per cent. rebate will be given to the purchaser of a booklet containing 100 coupons in advance.
(c) Passes for frequently travelling vehicles, return and daily pass will be given at the rate of 1.5 time and 2.5 times of their respective one way travel rates.
Return journey pass and daily pass will be valid up to 12-00 hours at midnight for the day of issuing the pass.
(d) Rate of monthly pass will be 50 times of their respective one-way travels rates.
(e) Monthly pass will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
(f) Local vehicle in the vicinity of 5 km. redius from the Toll Station (except the vehicles mentioned at serial numbers 3, 4 and 5 in the above Schedule) will be given monthly pass at the rate of 10 times of one way travel rates in schedule above (This exemption will be valid for personal vehicle only) For classifing local vehicles following condition should be taken into account :—
(i) The vehicle shall be registered within that area.
(ii) If not, then the owner shall give proof of residence by producing the ration card.
