MAHARASHTRA UNAIDED PRIVATE PROFESSIONAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS (REGULATION OF ADMISSIONS AND FEES) ACT, 2015.
No. MISC-2015/(72/15)/T.E.-4.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (१), (२), (३) and (४) of section 11 read with section 12 of the Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015 (Mah. Act. No. XXVIII of 2015), the Government of Maharashtra hereby, constitutes the Fees Regulating Authority to exercise the powers conferred on and discharge the functions assigned to it under the said Act. 2. The Fees Regulating Authority consists of the following members, namely :—

क्रमांक आयडीसी. २०१६/(६८)/उद्योग १४.---- ज्याअर्थी, अनुसूचित उल्लेखिलेल्या क्षेत्रात महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९६१ चे प्रकरण सहा, जे अधिसूचना क्रमांक आयडीसी. २०१०/(९३७)/उद्योग १४, दिनांक २८ जुलै २०११ अन्वये महाराष्ट्र शासनाने सदर अधिसूचनेच्या अनुसूचित उल्लेखिलेल्या क्षेत्रात महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९६१ (१९६२ चा महा. तीन) (यापुढे ज्याचा उल्लेख "उक्त क्षेत्र" असा करण्यात येईल) चे कलम सहा, दिनांक २९ जुलै २०११ रोजी अंमलात आणले होते व उक्त अधिनियमाच्या आधारे उक्त क्षेत्र अधिनियमाच्या कलम २, खंड (ग) अन्वये औद्योगिक क्षेत्र म्हणून जाहीर केलेले आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, मौजे खंबाळे, ता. खानापूर, जि. सांगली (यापुढे ज्याचा उल्लेख "उक्त क्षेत्र" असा करण्यात येईल) येथील उक्त क्षेत्र औद्योगिक क्षेत्राच्या विकासासाठी आवश्यक नाहीत असे महाराष्ट्र सरकारचे मत झाले आहे ;
त्याअर्थी, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम १, पोट-कलम (३) व कलम २, खंड (ग) अन्वये प्रदान केलेल्या शक्तींचा वापर करून व महाराष्ट्र जनरल क्लॉजेस अॅक्टच्या कलम २१ (१९०४ चा १) चा संदर्भ घेऊन महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे उक्त क्षेत्रात ज्या गोष्टी झाल्या आहेत किंवा ज्या गोष्टी करावयाच्या ठरविल्या आहेत त्या सोडून महाराष्ट्र औद्योगिक विकास अधिनियम, १९६१ चे कलम प्रकरण सहा, २२ मार्च २०१६ पासून रद्द करीत आहे, आणि उक्त क्षेत्र हे जाहीर केलेल्या औद्योगिक क्षेत्राचा भाग राहणार नाही.

NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1961.
No. IDC 2016/(68)/IND-14. – Whereas, by the Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No. IDC. 2010/(937)/IND-14, dated the 28th July 2011, issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (३) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 (Mah. III of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as ''the said Act"), the Government of Maharashtra has appointed the 29th July 2011, to be the date from which the provisions of Chapter VI of the said Act shall take effect in the areas mentioned in the Schedule appended to the said notification and declared those areas as an industrial area under clause (g) of section 2 of the said Act ;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra is of the opinion that the areas in the Village Khambale in Khanapur Taluka of Sangli District mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto (hereinafter referred to as "the said areas"), are not required for the purpose of development as an industrial area ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to sub-section (३) of section 1 and clause (g) of section 2 of the said Act read with section 21 of the Maharashtra General Clauses Act (I of 1904) and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, with effect from the 22nd March 2016, declares that the provisions of chapter VI of the said Act shall cease to be in force in the said areas and the said areas shall not be the industrial area so declared, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before that date.

क्रमांक सीडीए. २०१६/(१०७/१६) लाक्षेवि (कामे).---- महाराष्ट्र सिंचन पद्धतीचे शेतक-यांकडून व्यवस्थापन अधिनियम, २००५ मधील कलम १ चे उप-कलम (३) अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र राज्याचे राज्यपाल खालील तक्त्यात स्तंभ (२), (३), (४), (५) व (६) मध्ये विर्िनदिष्ट केल्याप्रमाणे उपरोक्त अधिनियम लागू करण्यासाठी पाटबंधारे प्रकल्पाचे नाव, क्षेत्र अधिनियमातील कलमे लागू करण्याच्या तारखा व इतर तपशील अधिसूचित करत आहेत. प्रस्तुत अधिनियमातील कलम ७ मधील तरतुदींनुसार अधिसूचित क्षेत्रात समुचित प्राधिकरण वैयक्ितक जमिनधारकास अथवा भोगवटाधारकास पाणीपुरवठा करणार नाही आणि पाणीवापर संस्थेतर्फेच पाणीपुरवठा करण्याची पद्धत सिंचन पद्धतीचे शेतक-यांकडून व्यवस्थापन या योजनेखालील कार्यक्षेत्रातील सर्व जमिनधारक व भोगवटाधारकास बंधनकारक राहील :----

No. CDA. 2016/(107/16)/CAD (Works).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(३) of Maharashtra Management of Irrigation System by Farmers (MMISF) Act, 2005 (Mah. 23 of 2005) the Governor of the State Government of Maharashtra, hereby, notifies Areas, Irrigation Projects, Sections of the Act and Date of Applications as specified in columns (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6) of the table below for bringing in force the Act. क्रमांक सीडीए. २०१६/(१०७/१६) लाक्षेवि (कामे).---- महाराष्ट्र सिंचन पद्धतीचे शेतक-यांकडून व्यवस्थापन अधिनियम, २००५ मधील अधिकाराचा वापर करण्यासाठी आणि कर्तव्ये पार पाडण्यासाठी कालवा अधिकारी यांची नियुक्ती करण्यासाठी या कायद्यातील कलम २ (च) नुसार राज्य शासनास अधिकार दिले आहेत.
त्यानुसार महाराष्ट्र पाटबंधारे अधिनियम, १९७६ च्या कलम २ च्या खंड (४) अन्वये महाराष्ट्र सिंचन पद्धतीचे शेतक-यांकडून व्यवस्थापन अधिनियम, २००५ अंतर्गत अधिकाराचा वापर करण्यासाठी आणि कर्तव्ये पार पाडण्यासाठी खाली नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल खालील तक्त्यात स्तंभ (३) व (४) मध्ये विर्िनदिष्टीत केल्याप्रमाणे कालवा अधिका-यास अधिकार प्रदान करण्यात येत आहेत :----

क्रमांक सीडीए. २०१६/(१०८/१६)/लाक्षेवि (कामे).---- महाराष्ट्र सिंचन पद्धतीचे शेतक-यांकडून व्यवस्थापन अधिनियम, २००५ मधील कलम १ चे उप-कलम (३) अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र राज्याचे राज्यपाल खालील तक्त्यात स्तंभ (२), (३), (४), (५) व (६) मध्ये विर्िनदिष्ट केल्याप्रमाणे उपरोक्त अधिनियम लागू करण्यासाठी पाटबंधारे प्रकल्पाचे नाव, क्षेत्र अधिनियमातील कलमे, लागू करण्याच्या तारखा व इतर तपशील अधिसूचित करत आहेत. प्रस्तुत अधिनियमातील कलम ७ मधील तरतुदींनुसार अधिसूचित क्षेत्रात समुचित प्राधिकरण वैयक्ितक जमीनधारकास अथवा भोगवटाधारकास पाणीपुरवठा करणार नाही आणि पाणीवापर संस्थेतर्फेच पाणीपुरवठा करण्याची पद्धत सिंचन पद्धतीचे शेतक-यांकडून व्यवस्थापन या योजनेखालील कार्यक्षेत्रातील सर्व जमीनधारक व भोगवटाधारकास बंधनकारक राहील :----

MAHARASHTRA MANAGEMENT OF IRRIGATION SYSTEM BY FARMERS (MMISF) ACT, 2005.
No. CDA. 2016/(108/16)/CAD (Works).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(३) of Maharashtra Management of Irrigation System by Farmers (MMISF) Act, 2005 (Mah. 23 of 2005) the Governor of the State Government of Maharashtra, hereby, notifies Areas, Irrigation Projects, Sections of the Act and Date of Applications as specified in columns (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6) of the table below for bringing in force the Act. In said notified area, as provided under section 7, no water shall be supplied by the Appropriate Authority to an individual holder or occupier of such land and the system of supply of water through Water Users Association shall be binding on all the holders and occupiers of the land under Management of Irrigation System by Farmers :—

क्रमांक सीडीए.२०१६/(१०८/१६)/लाक्षेवि (कामे).---- महाराष्ट्र सिंचन पद्धतीचे शेतक-यांकडून व्यवस्थापन अधिनियम, २००५ मधील अधिकाराचा वापर करण्यासाठी आणि कर्तव्ये पार पाडण्यासाठी कालवा अधिकारी यांची नियुक्ती करण्यासाठी या कायद्यातील कलम २ (च) नुसार राज्य शासनास अधिकार दिले आहेत.
त्यानुसार महाराष्ट्र पाटबंधारे अधिनियम, १९७६ च्या कलम २ च्या खंड (४) अन्वये महाराष्ट्र सिंचन पद्धतीचे शेतक-यांकडून व्यवस्थापन अधिनियम, २००५ अंतर्गत अधिकाराचा वापर करण्यासाठी आणि कर्तव्ये पार पाडण्यासाठी खाली नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल खालील तक्त्यात स्तंभ (३) व (४) मध्ये विर्िनदिष्टीत केल्याप्रमाणे कालवा अधिका-यास अधिकार प्रदान करण्यात येत आहेत :----

No. CDA. 2016/(108/16)/CAD(Works).—To exercise the powers and discharging the duties allocated in Maharashtra Management of Irrigation System by Farmers Act, 2005, the powers are given to Government of Maharashtra to appoint appropriate Canal Officers as per MMISF Act, section 2 (f).
Henceforth as per Maharashtra Irrigation Act, 1976 section 2(४), the Government of Maharashtra appoints following Canal Officers as per following table to exercise the powers and discharging the duties under the MMISF Act, 2005.
