महाराष्ट्र जमीन महसूल संहिता, १९६६.
क्रमांक प्राफेब. २०१८/प्र.क्र. ४४/म-१०.---- महाराष्ट्र जमीन महसूल संहिता, १९६६ (१९६६ चा महा. ४१) च्या कलम ४ पोट-कलम (१) च्या खंड (सहा) द्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून, महाराष्ट्र शासनाने जी अधिसूचना काढण्याचे प्रस्तावित केले आहे. त्या अधिसूचनेचा पुढील मसूदा उक्त कलम ४ च्या पोट-कलम (४) द्वारे आवश्यक असल्याप्रमाणे, त्याद्वारे परिणाम होण्याचा संभव असलेल्या सर्व व्यक्तींच्या महितीकरिता याद्वारे प्रसिद्ध करण्यात येत आहे, आणि याद्वारे अशी सूचना देण्यात येत आहे की, दिनांक ३१ डिसेंबर २०१८ रोजी किंवा त्यानंतर महाराष्ट्र शासन उक्त मसुदा विचारात घेईल.
२. उक्त मसुद्याच्या संबंधात कोणत्याही व्यक्तीकडून ज्या कोणत्याही हरकती किंवा सूचना जिल्हाधिकारी, बीड, मध्यवर्ती इमारत, नगर रोड, बीड ४३१ १२२ यांच्याकडे उपरोक्त तारखेस किंवा त्यापूर्वी येतील त्या शासनाकडून विचारात घेण्यात येतील.
अधिसूचनेचा मसूदा
क्रमांक प्राफेब. २०१८/प्र.क्र. ४४/म-१०.---- महाराष्ट्र जमीन महसूल संहिता, १९६६ (१९६६ चा महा. ४१) च्या कलम ४ पोट-कलम (१) च्या खंड (सहा) द्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या तसेच याबाबतीत महाराष्ट्र शासनास समर्थ करणाया इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून आणि पूर्वीच्या सर्व अधिसूचना किंवा आदेश किंवा बीड जिल्ह्यच्या धारूर तालुक्यात समाविष्ट असलेल्या मौ. खामगांव या गावाचे जेथवर संबंधित असतील तेथवर त्यामध्ये फेरबदल करून महाराष्ट्र शासन पूर्वीच्या अधिसूचना किंवा आदेशात अंशत: बदल करून उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ४ च्या पोट-कलम (४) द्वारे बीड जिल्ह्यतील धारूर व परळी वैजनाथ तालुक्यांच्या चतु:सीमांमध्ये फेरबदल करून दिनांक १ एप्रिल २०१९ पासून खालील अनुसूचीतील गाव बीड जिल्ह्यतील धारून तालुक्यातून वगळण्यात येईल आणि बीड जिल्ह्यच्या परळी वैजनाथ तालुक्यात समाविष्ट करण्यात येईल, असे विर्िनदिष्ट करीत आहे.

NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA LAND REVENUE CODE, 1966.
No. PRAFEB. 2018/C.R. 44/M-10.— The following draft of the notification, which the Government of Maharashtra proposes to issue in exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (iv) and (vi) of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (Mah. XLI of 1966), is hereby published as required by sub-section (4) of the said section 4, for the information of all the persons likely to be affected thereby and ; notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration by the Government on or after the 31st December 2018.
2. Any objections or suggestions, which may be received by the Collector Beed, Central Building, Nagar Road, Maharashtra 431 122, from any person with respect to the said draft notification before the aforesaid date will be considered by Government.
DRAFT NOTIFICATION
No. PRAFEB. 2018/C.R. 44/M-10.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (iv) and (vi) of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (Mah. XLI of 1966) and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf and in partial modification of any previous Notifications or Orders issued in this behalf, in so far as the same relate to the village specified in the schedule appended hereto, the Government of Maharashtra, after previous publication, as required by sub-section (4) of the said section 4 hereby alters, with effect from the 1st April 2019 the limits of Dharur Taluka and Parli Vaijnath Taluka of the Beed Distict, by excluding the Village mentioned in the schedule from Dharur Taluka of the Beed District and including it in Parli Vaijnath Taluka of the Beed District.
