भारताचे संविधान.
क्रमांक व्हीपीएम. २०१७/प्र.क्र. १९०/पंरा.४ (२२).-----भारताच्या संविधानाच्या अनुच्छेद २४३ च्या खंड (छ) व महाराष्ट्र ग्रामपंचायत अधिनियम (१९५९ चा तीन), कलम ४ याद्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा आणि या संदर्भात समर्थ करणाया इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून आणि या संदर्भात काढण्यात आलेल्या पूर्वीच्या सर्व अधिसूचनांचे किंवा संलेखांचे अधिक्रमण करून तसेच चंद्रपूर जिल्हा परिषदेची स्थायी समिती, चंद्रपूर जिल्ह्यतील जिवती तालुक्यातील ग्रामपंचायत आणि ग्रामसभा पुडीयाल मोहदा यांच्याशी विचारविनिमय करून, महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल, याद्वारे चंद्रपूर जिल्ह्यतील जिवती तालुक्यातील पुडीयाल मोहदा, वणी खुर्द, अंतापूर, कुंभेझरी, लेंडीगुडा, पळसगुडा व येसापूर या सोबतच्या अनुसूचीतील स्तंभ (३) मध्ये विर्िनदिष्ट केल्याप्रमाणे महसुली गाव किंवा महसुली गावांच्या गटाचा समावेश असलेले स्थानिक क्षेत्र हे ज्या दिनांकापासून स्वतंत्र गाव असेल आणि संविधानाच्या भाग ९ च्या प्रयोजनासाठी अनुसूचीतील स्तंभ (२) मध्ये विर्िनदिष्ट केल्याप्रमाणे पुडीयाल मोहदा आणि कुंभेझरी या नावाने ओळखले जातील तो, दिनांक म्हणून ४ डिसेंबर २०१८ हा दिवस विर्िनदिष्ट करीत आहेत :---

NOTIFICATION
CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
No. VPM. 2017/CR.190/PR-4(22).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of article 243 of the Constitution of India, read with section 4 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act ( III of 1959), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supersession of all the previous notifications or instruments issued in that behalf, and after consultation with the Standing Committee of the Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur and Village Panchayat and Gram Sabha, Pudiyal Mohoda, in Jiwati Tahasil of Chandrapur District, the Governor of Maharashtra hereby specifies the 4th December 2018, to be the date from which each of the local areas comprising group of revenue villages or revenue village of Pudiyal Mohoda, Wani Khurd., Antapur, Kumbhezari, Lendiguda, Palasguda and Yesapur in Jiwati Tahasil of Chandrapur District, specified in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto, shall be the distinct villages and shall be known by the name of the Villages Pudiyal Mohoda and Kumbhezari, respectively, as specified in column (2) thereof, for the purposes of Part IX of the Constitution.
