क्रमांक नपाप्र/कार्या. ४/कर्जत सार्व. निव./प्रारुप प्रभाग रचना/२०१८.---- राज्य निवडणूक आयुक्त, महाराष्ट्र यांचेकडील आदेश क्र. रानिआ/मनपा-२००५/प्र.क्र. १७/का. ५, दिनांक ३ मे २००५ व क्र. रानिआ/नप-२०१६/प्र.क. ०७/का. ०६, दिनांक ७ मे २०१६ अन्वये मला प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकाराचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र नगरपरिषदा, नगरपंचायती व औद्योगिक नगरी अधिनियम, १९६५ (सन १९६५ चा महाराष्ट्र अधिनियम क्र. ४०) (यापुढे " सदर अधिनियम " म्हणून संबोधीत केला) चे कलम १० पोट-कलम (१) खाली रायगड जिल्ह्यचे जिल्हाधिकारी निम्नोक्त आदेशाच्या अनुसूचित दर्शविल्याप्रमाणे कर्जत नगरपरिषद क्षेत्र जितक्या प्रभागांत विभागण्यात येईल त्या प्रभागांची संख्या व त्यांची व्याप्ती निश्चित करण्याचे आणि ज्या प्रभागांमध्ये अनुसूचित जाती, अनुसूचित जमाती आणि नागरिकांच्या मागसवर्गीयांच्या जागा राखून ठेवण्यात येतील ते प्रभाग आणि त्याचप्रमाणे स्त्रियांसाठी (अनुसूचित जाती, अनुसूचित जमाती व नागरिकांच्या मागसवर्गीयांच्या स्त्रियांसह) जागा राखून ठेवण्यात येतील ते प्रभाग दर्शविणारा क्र. नपाप्र/कार्या. ४/कर्ज/सा.नि./२०१८, दिनांक ३ नोव्हेंबर २०१८ व No. SA/NP/WA-IV/Karjat/2018, dated 3rd November 2018 च्या आदेशाचा प्रारूप मसुदा महाराष्ट्र नगरपरिषदा, नगरपंचायती व औद्योगिक नगरी अधिनियम, १९६५ (सन १९६५ चा महाराष्ट्र अधिनियम क्र. ४०) च्या कलम १०, पोट-कलम (१) च्या परंतुकामध्ये निश्चित केलेल्या पद्धतीप्रमाणे उक्त नगरपरिषद क्षेत्रातील रहिवाशांच्या माहितीसाठी प्रसिद्ध करण्यात आला होता. त्यास अनुसरून प्राप्त झालेल्या हरकतीची सुनावणी दिनांक २६ नोव्हेंबर २०१८ रोजी घेतली आहे व त्यावर निर्णय घेतला आहे. सबब, मी जिल्हाधिकारी, रायगड उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम १०, पोट-कलम (१) अन्वये प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकाराचा वापर करून मी निम्नोक्त आदेश देत आहे :---

ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र नगरपरिषदा, नगरपंचायती व औद्योगिक नगरी अधिनियम, १९६५ (सन १९६५ चा महाराष्ट्र अधिनियम क्र. ४०) च्या कलम ९, पोट-कलम (२) अन्वये प्रादेशिक संचालक, नगरपालिका प्रशासन तथा विभागीय आयुक्त, कोकण विभाग यांनी केलेल्या क्रमांक साशा/ का. ३/नपा. २/कर्जत नप./अं.प्र.र./२०१८, दिनांक ३० नोव्हेंबर २०१८ च्या आदेशान्वये त्यांनी कर्जत नगरपरिषदेच्या बाबतीत खाली दर्शविल्या- प्रमाणे निवडावयाच्या सभासदांची संख्या, अनुसूचित जाती, अनुसूचित जमाती व नागरिकांचा मागासवर्ग यांच्यासाठी राखून ठेवावयाच्या जागा व स्त्रियांसाठी (अनुसूचित जाती, अनुसूचित जमाती व नागरिकांचा मागासवर्गाच्या स्त्रियांसाठी राखून ठेवावयाच्या जागा धरून) राखून ठेवावयाच्या जागा निश्चित केलेल्या आहेत :---

अनुसूचित जाती, अनुसूचित जमाती व नागरीकांचा मागासप्रवर्गाच्या स्त्रियांसाठी राखून ठेवावयाच्या जागांची संख्या खालीलप्रमाणे राहील :---

२. त्याअर्थी, आता मा. राज्य निवडणूक आयोग, महाराष्ट्र यांचेकडील आदेश क्र. एसईसी. १०९४/१६४/१९९४, दिनांक ३१ ऑक्टोबर १९९४, आदेश क्र. रानिआ/नप. २०१६/प्र.क. ०७/का. ०६, दिनांक ७ मे २०१६ व मा. राज्य निवडणूक आयोग, महाराष्ट्र यांचेकडील आदेश क्र. रानिआ/ नप. २०१८/प्र.क. १५/कात. ०६, दिनांक १५ ऑक्टोबर २०१८ व महाराष्ट्र नगरपरिषदा, नगरपंचायती व औद्योगिक नगरी अधिनियम, १९६५ चे कलम १० पोट-कलम (१) अन्वये प्राप्त झालेल्या अधिकाराचा वापर करून मी, रायगड जिल्ह्यचा जिल्हाधिकारी याद्वारे उक्त नगरपरिषद क्षेत्र जितक्या प्रभागात विभागण्यात येईल त्या प्रभागांची संख्या व त्यांची व्याप्ती या आदेशाच्या अनुसूची मध्ये दर्शविल्याप्रमाणे निश्चत करीत असून ज्या प्रभागांमध्ये अनुसूचित जाती, अनुसूचित जमाती व नागरीकांचा मागासप्रवर्ग यांच्यासाठी व स्त्रियांसाठी (अनुसूचित जाती, अनुसूचित जमाती व नागरीकांच्या मागास प्रवर्गातील स्त्रियांसह) जागा राखून ठेवण्यात येईल ते प्रभाग र्िनदिष्ट करीत आहे.
३. या आदेशाच्या तारखेच्या निकट नंतरच्या पुढील सार्वत्रिक निवडणुकीच्या प्रयोजनार्थ हा आदेश अंमलात येईल.

BY THE COLLECTOR OF RAIGAD DISTRICT

Niv./praprup Prabhag Rachana/2018.— In exercise of the powers conferred on him by Order No. SEC/MUN/2005/CR-17/Desk-5, dated the 3rd May 2005 and kr.raniya/np-2016/pr.kr.07/ka.06, dated the 07th May 2016 of the State Election Commissioner, Maharashtra, the draft order fixing the number of seats to be elected and the extent of the wards into which the said municipal area of the Municipal Council is to be divided and the wards reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Class of Citizens), as the case may be, as shown in the Schedule to the draft order, bearing क्र. नपाप्र/कार्या. ४/कर्ज/सा.नि./२०१८, दिनांक ३ नोव्हेंबर २०१८ व No. SA/NP/WA-IV/Karjat/2018 dated the 03rd November 2018 was published as required by the provision to sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Council, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Township Act, 1965 for information of the residents of the Karjat Municipal Council. The objection received in respect of the said draft order were heard on 26th November 2018, and after carefully considering the objections and after taking decision, I, the Collector of Raigad District in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (1) of section 10 of the said Act, hereby make the following order namely.

Whereas, the Regional Director of Municipal Administration and Divisional Commissioner Konkan Division by his Order No. Sasha/ka.03/npa-2/Karjat NP/an.pra.r./2018, dated the 30th November 2018 issued under sub-section (2) of section 9 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Township Act, 1965 (Mah. XL of 1965) has fixed for the Karjat Municipal Council, the number of councillors to be elected and the number of seats to be reserved for the Schduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including the number of seats reserved for women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens), as shown below :—
1. The number of Councillors to be elected : 18
2. The number of seats to be reserved :
(a) for the Scheduled Castes

Now, Therefore, in exercise of powers conferred on me by order No. SEC-1094/164/1994, dated 31st October 1994, order No. raniaa/np-2016/pr.kr.07/ka.06, dated the 07th May 2016 and State Election Commission, Maharashtra Order No. raniaa/np-2018/pr.kr.15/kat06, dated the 15th October 2018 and of the State Election Commissioner, Maharashtra read with sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchyats and Industrial Township Act, 1965 (Mah. XL of 1965) I, the Collector of Raigad District, hereby fix the number and extent wards into which the said Municipal area shall be divided and specify the wards in which seats shall be reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, and the Backward Class of Citizens), as the case may be, as shown in the Schedule to this order.
3. This Order shall take effect for the purpose of the next general election held immediately following the date of the Order.
