In exercise of the powers conferred on me by Order ॅद्धहॅ द्ध-२००४-.ॅ. ३४-ॅ-०६, ह्यहॅ 17th September 2004 of the State Election Commissioner, Maharashtra, the Draft order fixing the number of seats to be elected and the extents of the wards into which the said Municipal area of the Municipal Councils to be divided and wards to be reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens) as the case may be, as shown in the Schedule to the Draft Order, bearing ॅ-१२-द्धा-१-ॅह्यम्-७१५-२०१८, ह्यहॅ 30th November 2018 was published as required by the proviso to sub-section (1) of the Section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965, for information of the residents of the Mahadula Nagar Panchayat.

After carefully considering the objections are received by me in respect of the said Draft order, I, Ashwin Mudgal, Collector of Nagpur District in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the said Act, hereby make the following order namely :—

Whereas, the Commissioner and Regional Director of Municipal Administration, Nagpur Division, Nagpur by his Order ॅद्धहॅ द्ध.ा..-१९(३)-ॅह्यम्-२९२-२०१८, ह्यहॅ 4th December, 2018 issued under sub-section (2) Section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 (Mah. XL of 1965) has fixed for Mahadula Panchayat the number of Councillors to be elected and the number of seats to be reserved for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including the number of seats reserved for women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens), as shown below :—

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Order No.MNP-2004-CR-34-W-06, dated 17th Sep- tember 2004, of the State Election Commissioner, Maharashtra read with sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 (Mah. XL of 1965) I, Ashwin Mudgal, the Collector of Nagpur District hereby fixed the Number and extent of the wards into which the said Municipal area shall be divided and specify the wards in which seats shall be reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Class of Citizens and Women (including women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class of Citizens) as the case may be, as shown in the Schedule to this Order. .-ॅ-+-३ (१८८१).
