महाराष्ट्र गृहनिर्माण व क्षेत्र विकास अधिनियम, १९७६.
क्रमांक नियुक्त्ती २०१८/प्र. क्र.१६२/गृनिभू,.------ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र गृहनिर्माण व क्षेत्र विकास अधिनियम, १९७६ (१९७७ चा महा. २८) (यात यापुढे ज्याचा निर्देश ""उक्त्त अधिनियम"" असा करण्यात आला आहे.) च्या कलम १८ अन्वये कोंकण गृहनिर्माण व क्षेत्र विकास मंडळाची (यात यापुढे ज्याचा निर्देश ""उक्त्त मंडळ"" असा करण्यात आला आहे.) स्थापना केली आहे.
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त्त मंडळाचे अंशकालीक सभापती हे पद रिक्त्त आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या मते जनहितार्थ, उक्त्त मंडळावर अंशकालीक सभापतीची नियुक्त्ती करणे आवश्यक वाटते ;
त्याअर्थी, आता, उक्त्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम १८ च्या उप कलम (२) अन्वये शासनास प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा आणि त्यास समर्थ करणाया इतर सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र शासन उक्त्त मंडळावर श्री. बाळासाहेब ज्ञानदेव पाटील, सी/२०५, संघमित्रा को. ऑप. हौ. सोसायटी, गार्डन हॉटेलच्या मागे, स्वामी नित्यानंद मार्ग, पनवेल, जिल्हा रायगड, यांची अंशकालीक सभापती म्हणून नियुक्त्ती करत आहे.
महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल यांच्या आदेशानुसार व नावाने, २ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-ब, डिसेंबर ११, २०१८/अग्रहायण २०, शके १९४० HOUSING DEPARTMENT 3rd Floor, Madam Cama Marg, Hutatma Rajguru Chowk Mantralaya, Mumbai 400 032, dated the 11th December 2018.
NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA HOUSING AND AREA DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1976.
No. Niyukti-2018/C.R.162/Grunibhu.––Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra had established the Konkan Housing and Area Development Board (hereinafter referred to as "the said Board") under section 18 of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976 (Mah. XXVIII of 1977) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act") ;
And whereas, the post of the part-time Chairman of the said Board is vacant ;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest to appoint a part-time Chairman on the said Board ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 18 of the said Act, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints Shri Balasaheb Dnyandeo Patil, C/205, Sanghmitra C.H.S, Behind Garden Hotel, Swami Nityanand Marg, Panvel, District Raigad, as a part-time Chairman of the said Board.
