क्रमांक ईएसआय.२०१६/प्र.क्र. १६३/कामगार-३.—कामगार राज्य विमा अधिनियम, १९४८ (१९४८ चा ३४) च्या कलम ८७ व कलम ९१-अे अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकाराचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे, मे. नागपूर जिल्हा सिक्युरिटी गार्ड बोर्ड, नागपूर या आस्थापनेस उक्त अधिनियमाच्या अंमलबजावणीतून दिनांक १५ जुलै २०१७ ते दिनांक १४ जुलै २०१८ पयर्ंत एक वर्षाच्या कालावधीसाठी सूट देण्यात येत आहे.

NOTIFICATION
EMPLOYEES' STATE INSURANCE ACT, 1948.
No. ESI. 2016/C.R.163/LAB-3.— In exercise of the powers conferred under section 87 read with sectin 87 and 91-A of the Employees State Insurance Act, 1948 ( 34 of 1948) and at all other powers enabling in that behalf the Government of Maharashtra hereby exempts M/s. Nagpur District Security Guard Board, Nagpur from implementation of the provisions of the said Act for the period of one year from the date of issue i.e. 15th July 2017 to 14th July 2018.
