In pursuance of clause (3) of article 348 of the Constitution of India, the following translation in English of the Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University (Amendment) Act, 2018 (Mah. Act No. LXXVIII of 2018), is hereby published under the authority of the Governor.

An Act further to amend the Maharashtra Animal and Fishery
Sciences University Act, 1998.
WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University Act, 1998, for the purposes hereinafter appearing; it is hereby enacted in the Sixty-ninth Year of the Republic of India Mah. XVII of 1998.
as follows :—

In FIRST SCHEDULE appended to the Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University Act, 1998, under the heading '' (A) Colleges '', for Mah. XVII of 1998. entry (1), the following shall be substituted, namely :—Amendment of FIRST SCHEDULE to Mah. XVII of 1998.
" (1) The Mumbai Veterinary College, Mumbai. ''.
