Minor Modification in Sanctioned Development Plan of Anjangaon Surji under Section 37 (1) of
Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966
No. Const-3209-2018.—
The (revised) Development Plan of Anjangaon Surji Town has been sanctioned by the Director of Town Plan- ning, Maharashtra State, Pune Notification No. TPV-6-7427, Dt. 18-12-1992 and came into force w.e.f. 1-3-1993.
The Municipal Council Anjangaon Surji vide its Special Meeting Resolution No. 72, Dt. 1-12-2018 has decided to affect minor modification in the Sanctioned (Revised) Development Plan of Anjangaon Surji Town, binding with the provision of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 Section 37 (1) is as under.—
Modification :—As per Town Development Plan of Anjangaon Surji Reservation No. 47 is reserved for High School and Playground. The southern part of mentioned reservation is open, till it is in no use, So it is decided to construct New Administrative Building of Municipal Council on 44000 sq. feet area on its southern part of reservation. Therefore, to show New Administrative Building of Municipal Council by eradicating 44000 sq. feet area from southern side of reservation.
The Plan showing the above proposed minor modification signed and dated by the President, Municipal Council, Anjangaon Surji is kept in the office of the Municipal Council on working days during office hours for inspection by the public.
Now, in pursuance of the Section 37 (1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, it is hereby notified that any person having any objections or suggestion in respect of the same minor modification to the said Development Plan may submit the same in written to the Municipal Council Anjangaon Surji within a period of 30 days from the date of publication of this modification in Maharashtra Government Gazette. The objections and suggestions, if any, would be considered before sending the puroposal to the Government for approval.

The Municipal Council, Anjangaon Surji vide its Special Meeting Resolution No. 73, Dt. 1-12-2018 has decided to affect minor modification in the Sanctioned (Revised) Development Plan of Anjangaon Surji Town, binding with the provision of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 Section 37 (1) is as under.—
Modification :—Municipal Council has decided to reserve East-West Site at South of Shopping Center Reser- vation No. 4 for Veterinary Hospital For this purpose Municipal Council has decided to eradicate 10,000 sq. feet area for Veterinary Hospital from the mentioned reservation.
The Plan showing the above proposed minor modification signed and dated by the President, Municipal Council, Anjangaon Surji is kept in the office of the Municipal Council on working days during office hours for inspection by the public.
