Read.— (1) High Court Notification No. PL(APP)/re-employment/2016/7785, dated 1st December 2016.

(2) High Court Notification No. PL(APP)/re-employment/2017/5001, dated 2nd December 2017.

No. PL(APP)/re-employment/2018/5278-6874.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 229 of the Constitution of India and by virtue of the powers conferred under Rule 59(a) of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Service Rules, 2000, the Honourable the Chief Justice is pleased to further extend the period of re-employment of Shri Srikrishna Ananth Sharma, re-employed Personal Assistant, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, for a period of six months w.e.f. 1st December 2018 to 31st May 2019, purely on temporary basis on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay on the conditions mentioned in High Court Notification dated 1st December 2016.
