अधिसूचना
क्रमांक आयसीई.१२१८/प्र. क्र.१२३/काम-६.----महाराष्ट्र कामगार न्यायालये व औद्योगिक न्यायालये यांचे न्यायिक अधिकारी (सेवाप्रवेश, नियुक्ती आणि शिस्तभंगाची कारवाई) नियम, २०१४ च्या नियम ५ नुसार प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून मा. उच्च न्यायालय, मुंबई यांनी त्यांचे पत्र क्रमांक अे. १२२६/८३/३३२२/२०१८, दिनांक १७ डिसेंबर २०१८ अन्वये केलेल्या शिफारशी नुसार ""श्री. राजकुमार नामदेव अंबातकर यांची सदस्य, औद्योगिक न्यायालय, मुंबई"" या पदावर नियुक्ती करण्यात येत आहे.
उपरोक्त न्यायिक अधिकारी यांना मुंबई औद्योगिक संबंध अधिनियम, १९४६, औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, १९४७ व महाराष्ट्र कामगार संघटनांना मान्यता देणे व अनुचित प्रथा प्रकार प्रतिबंध अधिनियम, १९७१ अंतर्गत प्रकरणे हाताळण्यासाठी याद्वारे प्राधिकृत करण्यात येत आहे.
महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल यांच्या आदेशानुसार व नावाने,

NOTIFICATION
No. ICE.1218/C.R.123/Lab-6.— In exercise of the power conferred by Rule 5 of Maharashtra Judicial Officers of the Labour Courts and Industrial Courts (Recruitment, Appointment and Disciplinary Action) Rules, 2014 and with reference to the letter of Hon'ble High Court, Mumbai No. A.1226/83/3322/2018, dated 17th December 2018. The Government of Maharashtra hereby appoint "Shri Rajkumar Namdeo Ambatkar as Member, Industrial Court, Mumbai." The above Judicial Officers is hereby authorised to deal with the cases under Bombay Industrial Relation Act, 1946, Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 and MRTU and PULP Act, 1971.
