क्रमांक टीपीएस-१७१७/५५१/प्र.क्र.१५५(भाग-१)/१८/नवि-१२.---- ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगररचना अधिनियम, १९६६ (यापुढे ज्याचा उल्लेख "उक्त्त अधिनियम" असा करण्यात आला आहे.) चे कलम ३१, पोट-कलम (१) अन्वये प्राप्त अधिकाराचा वापर करून राज्य शासनाने अधिसूचना क्र. टीपीएस-१७१७/५५१/प्र.क्र.१५५/१८/नवि-१२, दिनांक ३ नोव्हेंबर २०१८ (यापुढे ज्याचा उल्लेख "उक्त्त अधिसूचना" असा करण्यात आला आहे.) द्वारे सुधारित विकास योजना चिपळूणला उक्त्त अधिसूचने सोबतचे परिशिष्ट-I मध्ये दर्शविलेल्या फेरबदलासह व परिशिष्ट-II मध्ये दर्शविलेले सारभूत स्वरूपाचे फेरबदल वगळता मंजुरी दिली आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त्त अधिनियमाचे कलम ३१, पोट-कलम (१) अन्वये प्राप्त अधिकारांचा वापर करून राज्य शासनाने सूचना क्र. टीपीएस- १७१७/५५१/प्र.क्र.१५५(भाग-१)/१८/नवि-१२, दिनांक ३ नोव्हेंबर २०१८ (यापुढे ज्याचा उल्लेख "उक्त्त सूचना" असा करण्यात आला आहे.) द्वारे उक्त्त सूचने सोबतचे परिशिष्ट-II मध्ये नमूद केलेल्या सारभूत स्वरूपाचे प्रस्तावित फेरबदल (ई.पी.) संदर्भात जनतेकडून हरकती/सूचना मागविल्या आहेत ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त्त सूचने सोबतचे परिशिष्ट-II मध्ये काही टंकलेखनाच्या त्रुटी व चुका असल्याचे निदर्शनास आले आहे आणि त्याकरिता सोबत जोडलेले जोडपत्र-I मध्ये नमूद केलेले शुद्धिपत्र व पूरकपत्र निर्गमित करणे आवश्यक आहे.
आणि त्याअर्थी, उक्त्त सूचने सोबतचे परिशिष्ट-II मध्ये अशा सुधारणा करण्यासाठी जोडपत्र-I मध्ये नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे शुद्धिपत्र व पूरकपत्र निर्गमित करण्यात येत आहे आणि त्यासाठी शासन याद्वारे :----
(१) शुद्धिपत्र व पूरकपत्रात नमूद केलेल्या प्रस्तावित सुधारणा (ई.पी.) चे अनुषंगाने सुधारित विकास योजना चिपळूण बाबत सदरहू सूचना शासन राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झाल्यापासून तीस दिवसांचे कालावधीत किंवा अधिप्रमाणित ई.पी. नकाशे प्रसिद्ध केल्यापासून तीस दिवस यापैकी जो उशिरा असेल त्या कालावधीत जनतेकडून हरकती/सूचना मागविण्यासाठी सूचना देत आहे.
२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग एक---कोकण विभागीय पुरवणी, नोव्हेंबर २७, २०१८/अग्रहायण ६, शके १९४०(२) वरील (१) मधील विहित मुदतीत प्राप्त होणाया हरकती/सूचनांवर सुनावणी देऊन पुढील उचित कार्यवाहीसाठी व शासनास अहवाल सादर करण्यासाठी, सहसंचालक, नगररचना, कोकण भवन यांची उक्त्त अधिनियमाचे कलम ३१ (२) अन्वये अधिकारी म्हणून नियुक्त्ती करण्यात येत आहे ;
(३) उक्त्त अधिसूचनेच्या शुद्धिपत्र व पूरकपत्राची प्रत जनतेच्या अवलोकनार्थ खालील कार्यालयात कार्यालयीन वेळेमध्ये उपलब्ध राहील :----
(१) सहसंचालक, नगररचना, कोकण विभाग, कोकण भवन, तिसरा मजला, कक्ष क्र. ३०५, बेलापूर, नवी मुंबई.

CORRIGENDUM AND ADDENDUM
MAHARASHTRA REGIONAL AND TOWN PLANNING ACT, 1966.
No. TPS-1717/551/C.R.155(Part-1)/18/UD-12.— Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 31 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act") the State Government vide Notification No. TPS-1717/ 551/CR-155/18/UD-12, dated the 3rd November 2018 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Notification") has accorded sanction to the Draft Revised Development Plan Chiplun with Modifications Shown in Schedule-I appended to the said Notification excluding the Substantial Modifications as Shown in Schedule-II appended to the said Notification ;
And whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) if Section 31 of the said Act, the State Government vide Notice No TPS-1717/551/C.R. 155 (Part-1)/18/1/UD-12, dated the 3rd November 2018 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Notice") have invited objections and suggestion#ä from any person in respect of the proposed modifications of substantial nature which are excluded from sanction as Excluded Part (EP), as specified in schedule-II appended to the said Notice ;
And whereas, it is noticed that there are some errors and mistakes, certain corrections and additions are needed in Schedule-II appended to the said Notice and for that purpose it is necessary to issue a Corrigendum and Addendum for the same as mentioned in Annexure-I appended hereto.
Now therefore, this Corrigendum and Addendum is issued in respect of such corrections and additions in Schedule-II As mentioned in Annexure-I appended hereto and for that purpose Government hereby :—
(1) Gives Notice Inviting Objections and Suggestions from any person in respect proposed modifications (E.P.) show in this Corrigendum and Addendum within 30 Days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette regarding revised Development Plan, Chiplun or within the period of 30 days from the date on which authenticated EP Plan is published, whichever is later.
(2) Appoints the Joint Director of Town Planning, Konkan Division, Konkan Bhavan as the officer under section 31(2) of the said Act to hear any person filling Objections and Suggestions as stated in (1) above within the stipulated period and to submit his report thereupon to the Government for further necessary action.
Copy of this corrigendum and Addendum is made available for the inspection of the Public in the following offices during office hours on all working days.
(i) Joint Director of Town Planning, Konkan Division, Konkan Bhavan, Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
(ii) Town Planner, Ratnagiri Branch, 669, Sawant Bunglow, 1st Floor, Swami Vivekanand Road, Maruti Mandir, Shivaji Stadium back side, Ratnagiri.
(iii) The Chief Officer, Chiplun Municipal Council, Chiplun, Dist. Ratnagiri.
