महाराष्ट्र कामगार संघांना मान्यता देण्याबाबत आणि अनुचित कामगार प्रथांना प्रतिबंध करण्याबाबत अधिनियम, १९७१.
क्रमांक युएलपी-२०१८/प्र.क्र. २३२/कामगार-३.----महाराष्ट्र कामगार संघांना मान्यता देण्याबाबत आणि अनुचित कामगार प्रथांना प्रतिबंध करण्याबाबत अधिनियम, १९७१ (१९७२ चा एक) च्या कलम ६ अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून तसेच मा. महाप्रबंधक, मा. उच्च न्यायालय, मुंबई यांच्या क्र. ए-३९०२/२०१८, दिनांक १ डिसेंबर २०१८ या अधिसूचनेस अनुसरून, महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्वारे खाली नमूद केलेल्या न्यायिक अधिकायांची ' न्यायाधीश ' कामगार न्यायालय ' या पदावर पुढीलप्रमाणे नियुक्ती करीत आहे :----

MAHARASHTRA RECOGNITION OF TRADE UNIONS AND PREVENTION OF UNFAIR LABOUR PRACTICES ACT, 1971.
No. ULP-2018/C.R. 232/LAB-3.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971 (1 of 1972), and with reference to the Notification No. A-3902/2018, dated 1st December 2018, of the Registrar General, High Court, Bombay.
