UNDER RULE NO. 13 OF THE MAHARASHTRA TOWN PLANNING SCHEMES RULE, 1974.—
No. ARB-TPS-1-NAG-Rule-13-ADN-2550- 2018 .—
The draft Town Planning Scheme of Pardi, Bharatwada, Punapur and Bhandewadi, TPS No. 1, Nagpur has been sanctioned by the Government in Urban Development Department, Maharashtra State under sub-section (2) of Section 68 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 vide Notification No. TPS-2418-Nag.-Camp.-9-CR-281-UD-9-2018, dated 6-10-2018. The said notification is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette Extraordinary-Part I-A-Nagpur Divisional Supplement, dated- 24th October, 2018 on Page No. 1 to 54.
The Government of Maharashtra in Urban Development Department has appointed Assistant Director of Town Planning Nagpur Branch, Nagpur as the Arbitrator for the said sanctioned Draft Scheme vide Notification No. TPS-2418-Nag.-Camp.-9-CR-281-UD-9-2018, dated 15th November 2018 under sub-section (1) of Section 72 of the said Act. This Notification has been appeared in the Maharashtra Government Gazette Extraordinary Nagpur Divisional Supplement, Part 1-A, dated 16th November 2018 on Page No. 6 to 7.
I, the undersigned therefore in accordance with Rule No. 13 of Maharashtra Town Plannings Schemes Rules 1974, declared by this Notice that, I have commenced the duties as Arbitrator for Town Planning Scheme of Pardi, Bharatwada, Punapur and Bhandewadi, TPS No. 1, from 22nd Novem- ber, 2018.
All the owners of the land included in this Town Planning Scheme will be served with special notice in form No. 4 to submit their suggestions or objection in respect of proposals of the sanctioned draft Town Planning Scheme in due course.
Those owners or interested persons of the lands included in the Town Planning Scheme of Pardi, Bharatwada, Punapur and Bhandewadi, TPS No. 1, who have been injuriously affected by making of this scheme are hereby informed that they shall be entitled to make a claim of compensation as per Section 102 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, before the undersigned within a period of 60 days from the date of appearing this Notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette.
