बृहन्मुंबई महानगरपालिका अधिनियम, १८८८ (आजतागायत सुधारित) च्या कलम २९७(१)(ब) अन्वये खालीलप्रमाणे जाहीर सूचना देण्यात येत आहे.
बृहन्मुंबई महानगरपालिकेच्या " सी " विभागातील, प्रस्तावित ९.१५ मीटर (३० फूट) रुंदीचा कॅव्हेल क्रॉस लेन क्रमांक ९ (डॉ. वेगास रोड यांनी जोडलेला) भू.क्र. ६९७, ६९८, ६९९, ७००, ७०१, ७०२, ७०३, ७०७, ७०८, ७०९, ७१०, ७१२, ७१३, ७१४, ७१५, ७१६, ७१७, ७१८, ७१९, ७२०, ७२१ येथील रस्ता रुंदीकरणाबाबतचा प्रस्ताव महापालिकेच्या सभेमध्ये सदर सूचना प्रस्तावित केल्यापासून ३० दिवसांच्या नंतर तसेच किंवा येणाया जेव्हा केव्हा सदरहु प्रस्ताव निकालात काढता येईल अशा महापालिकेच्या सभेत मांडण्यात येईल.
कॅव्हेल क्रॉस लेन क्रमांक ९ या रस्त्यास ६.१० मी. (२० फुट) रुंदीची रस्ता रेषा महापालिका आयुक्त यांनी बृहन्मुंबई महानगरपालिका अधिनियम, १८८८ मधील कलम २९७(१) (अ) अन्वये क्र. एमसीपी/७७६, दिनांक १२ डिसेंबर २००२ अन्वये मंजूर केली होती. सदर प्रचलित मंजूर रस्ता रेषेने बाधित असलेला रस्ता " सी " विभागातील कॅव्हेल क्रॉस लेन क्रमांक ९ ह्य रस्त्याची रुंदी ९.१५ मी. (३० फूट) करण्याचे प्रस्तावित आहे. नगरविकास विभाग, अधिसूचना क्रमांक टीपीएस.१८१३/३०६७/सीआर-१२२/एमसीओआरपी/१२/युडी-१३, दिनांक १६ नोव्हेंबर २०१६ च्या अनुषंगाने आणि महानगरपालिका आयुक्त यांची मंजुरी क्र. एमसीपी/७५८९, दिनांक २३ फेब्रुवारी २०१७ अन्वये ९.०० मी. पेक्षा कमी रुंदीच्या रस्त्यांचे रुंदीकरण ९.०० मी. किवा त्यापेक्षा जास्त स्थळाच्या सद्यस्थितीनुसार एमआरटीपी कायदा, १९६६ किंवा एमएमसी कायदा, १८८८ अन्वये प्रस्तावित करण्याचे निर्देशित केले आहे.
महानगरपालिका आयुक्त यांची मंजुरी क्र. एमसीपी/६८००, दिनांक २५ मे २०१८ आणि एमसीपी/७५१५, दिनांक १२ जून २०१८ अन्वये तत्वत: मंजूर केलेली ९.१५ मी. (३० फूट) रस्ता रेषा नकाशावर दर्शविलेली आहे. ज्यामध्ये प्रचलित ६.१० मी. (२० फूट) मंजूर रेषा लाल रंगात दर्शविली आहे आणि प्रस्तावित ९.१५ मी. (३० फूट) रस्ता रेषा हिरव्या रंगात दर्शविली असून सदर नकाशा सहायक आयुक्त " सी " विभाग, म्युनिसिपल कार्यालय, श्रीकांत पालेकर मार्ग, चंदनवाडी, मरीन लाईन (पूर्व), मुंबई ४०० ००२ व सहायक अभियंता (सर्वेक्षण) शहर, उप प्रमुख अभियंता (इमारत प्रस्ताव) शहर, नवीन महापालिका इमारत, भगवान वाल्मिकि चौक, विद्यालंकार मार्ग, हनुमान मंदिरासमोर, अँटॉप हिल, वडाळा (पूर्व), मुंबई ४०० ०३७ येथील कार्यालयात कार्यालयीन वेळेत निरीक्षणासाठी उपलब्ध ठेवण्यात आला आहे.
ज्या कोणास उपरोक्त प्रस्तावाबाबत प्रतिवेदने/हरकती पाठवावयाच्या असतील त्यांनी त्या महानगरपालिका चिटणीस, बृहन्मुंबई महानगरपालिका मुख्यालय, नवीन विस्तारित इमारत, पहिला मजला, महापालिका मार्ग, फोर्ट मुंबई ४०० ००१ यांच्या कार्यालयात संबंधित सभेच्या दिवसाच्या अगोदर तीन (३) संपूर्ण दिवसापूर्वी प्राप्त होतील अशाप्रकारे पाठवाव्यात. त्यानंतर प्राप्त झालेली प्रतिवेदने/हरकती विचारात घेतल्या जाणार नाहीत, याची कृपया नोंद घेण्यात यावी.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 297 (1 ) (b ) of Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888 (as mentioned up to date) that, the undersigned proposes to apply to the Municipal Corporation at their meeting to be held after 30 days from display of this public notices or such day thereafter, as the said application can conveniently be disposed off for authority to accept proposed Sanctioned 9.15mt. (30'0") wide Regular line of the Road known as Cavel Cross lane No. 9 (Connected to Dr. Vegas Street) passing through plot bearing C.S. No. 697, 698, 699, 700, 701, 702, 703, 707, 708, 709, 710, 712, 713, 714, 715, 716, 717, 718, 719, 720, 721 of Bhuleshwar division in ' C ' ward.
The Cavel Cross Lane No. 9 having 6.10mt (20'0") wide Sanctioned Regular Line which was approved by Municipal Commissioner under Section 297(1) (a) of Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888 under No. MCP/776, dated the 12th December 2002 and same is proposed to be widened to 9.00mt. or above as per Government Notification Under No. TPS.1813/3067/CR-122/MCORP/12/UD-13, dated the 16th November 2016 as per subsequent order of Municipal Commissioner under No. MCP/7589, dated the 23rd February 2017 directing to convert/widen the roads of width less than 9.00mt. to 9.00mt. and above as per site condition through MR &TP Act, 1966 or MMC Act, 1888.
The Regular line alignment of 9.15mt wide is as shown on plan, which in principal approved by Municipal Commissioner under No. MCP/6800, dated the 25th May 2018 and MCP/7515, dated the 12th June 2018.
The prevailing alignment of sanctioned R.L. of 6.10mt. (20'0") is shown in Red Colour and proposed alignment of 9.15mt. (30'0") R.L. to be prescribed is shown in Green Colour on plan displayed at the Office of Asstt. Commissioner, 'C' ward, Shrikant Palekar Marg, Chandanwadi, Bhuleshwar, Mumbai 400 002 and Asstt. Engineer (Survey) City, Office of the DyChE (Building Proposal) City, Dosti Acres, Walmiki Chowk, Vidyalankar College Marg, Wadala (E.), Mumbai 400 037.
Any person desirous making any representation to the corporation or of bringing before the Corporation any suggestion/objection in respect of the said proposal may do so by letter addressed to Municipal Secretary at the Municipal Head Office (Annexe Building), 1st Floor, Mahapalika Marg, Fort, Mumbai 400 001 and deliver at the said office not less than three clear days before the day of such meeting.The letter received after such date, cannot be considered, which please be noted.
