महाराष्ट्र शासनाची कार्यनियमावली.
क्रमांक शाकानि. २०१४/प्र. क्र. ७३(१)/१८(र. व का.).------ज्या अर्थी, महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल यांनी, मुख्यमंत्री यांचे सल्ल्यानुसार शासन अधिसूचना, सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग, शाकानि. २०१४/प्र. क्र. ७३(१)/१८ (र. व का.), दिनांक ९ जुलै २०१६ अन्वये, मंयांना विभागाचा प्रभारी मंत्री म्हणून कार्यभार वाटून दिलेला होता ;
आणि ज्या अर्थी, महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल यांनी, मुख्यमंत्री यांचे सल्ल्याने, डॉ. दीपक रामचंद्र सावंत यांच्या मंत्रीपदाचा राजीनामा दिनांक ७ जानेवारी, २०१९ पासून स्वीकृत केला आहे आणि त्यांना नेमून दिलेला विभाग, अन्य मंयांकडे सोपविला आहे, त्याकरीता उक्त अधिसूचनेत बदल करणे आवश्यक आहे ;
आता, त्यामुळे महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या कार्यनियमावलीतील नियम ५ च्या उपबंधास अनुसरून, महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल, मुख्यमंत्री यांचे सल्ल्याने, शासन अधिसूचना, सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग, शाकानि. २०१४/प्र. क्र.७३(१)/१८ (र. व का.), दिनांक ९ जुलै २०१६ यामध्ये खालीलप्रमाणे सुधारणा करीत आहे :----
उक्त अधिसूचनेत,--
(१) "श्री. एकनाथ संभाजी शिंदे " यांचेशी संबंधित नोंद १४ मधील त्यांच्या नावासमोरील स्तंभ क्र. २ मध्ये "विभाग किंवा त्यांचे भाग" या शीर्षाखाली "सार्वजनिक बांधकाम (सार्वजनिक उपक्रम)" या शब्द व कंसानंतर " , सार्वजनिक आरोग्य व कुटुंब कल्याण" हे शब्द समाविष्ट करण्यात येतील.
(२) नोंद १७ येथील डॉ. दीपक रामचंद्र सावंत यांचेशी संबंधित नोंद वगळण्यात येईल.

NOTIFICATION
MAHARASHTRA GOVERNMENT RULES OF BUSINESS.
No. ROB.2014/C.R.73(1)/18 (O. & M.).—Whereas, the Governor of Maharashtra has, on the advice of the Chief Minister, vide the Government Notification, General Administration Department, No. ROB. 2014 / C.R.73(1) / 18 (O. & M.) dated the 9th July 2016, allotted amongst the Ministers, the business of the Government by assigning Departments to the Charge of the Ministers ;
And whereas, the Governor of Maharashtra has, upon the advice of the Chief Minister, accepted the resignation of Dr. Deepak Ramchandra Sawant of his office as Minister with effect from the 7th January 2019 and assigned his Department to other Minister, and for that purpose, it is expedient to amend the said Notification ;
Now, therefore, in pursuance of the Rule 5 of the Maharashtra Government Rules of Business, the Governor of Maharashtra, on the advice of the Chief Minister, is hereby pleased to amend the Government Notification,General Administration Department, No. ROB. 2014 / C.R.73(1) /18 (O. & M.), dated the 9th July 2016, as follows, namely :—
In the said notification,—
(i) in the entry 14, relating to Shri Eknath Sambhaji Shinde, in column (2), under the heading "Departments or parts of Departments", after the word and brackets "(Public Undertakings)" the words ",Public Health and Family Welfare" shall be added ;
(ii) entry 17, relating to Dr. Deepak Ramchandra Sawant shall be deleted.
