विद्युत कायदा, २००३ च्या कलम १६४ प्रमाणे व महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या आदेश क्रमांक ०६/प्र.क्र. ३१२/उर्जा/४, दिनांक २४ ऑगस्ट २००६ (शासकीय राजपत्र पान क्रमांक २८०) नुसार, महाराष्ट्र राज्य विद्युत पारेषण कंपनीस प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकारानुसार, खाली नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे अति उच्च दाब पारेषण योजनांचे काम हाती घेण्याचे प्रस्तावित करीत आहे. या सर्व अधिकारांचा वापर प्रस्तावित योजनेतील विजेचे पारेषण, वितरण अगर महाराष्ट्र राज्य विद्युत पारेषण कंपनी मर्यादितच्या समन्वय, संचलन व सुव्यवस्था या कामाकरिता पारेषण कंपनीद्वारे करण्यात येईल. जनतेच्या माहितीकरिता ही अधिसूचना देण्यात येत आहे.

२. खालील योजना त्या भागातील अस्तित्वात असलेल्या वीज ग्राहकांच्या वाढत्या विजेची गरज पुरविण्याकरिता व नवीन ग्राहकांना वीजपुरवठा करण्यासाठी, तसेच विद्युत निष्कासन व्यवस्था/विद्युत प्रणाली सक्षम करण्यासाठी आहे :----

(१) औरंगाबाद जिल्ह्यत २२० के.व्ही. शेंद्रा उपकेंद्र ते चिकलठाणा मोनोपोल एक पथ १३२ के.व्ही. वाहिनी ACCC कंडक्टरसह उभारणे. (i) १३२ के.व्ही. शेंद्रा---चिकलठाणा वाहिनीपासून ACCC उच्च अॅम्पासिटी कंडक्टर मोनोपोल संरचनाचा वापर करून १३२ के.व्ही. एकपथीय वाहिनी उभारणे, (ii) १०० एस.व्ही.ए., २२०/१३२ के.व्ही. रोहित्र बे-२ नं., १३२ के. व्ही. बस सेक्शनलाईजर बे, १३२ के.व्ही. टिबीसी कम पीटी बे सह उभारणे, (iii) १३२ के.व्ही. वाहिनी बे-२ नं. (२२० के.व्ही. शेंद्रा उप केंद्रासाठी-१ नं.बे आणि १३२ के.व्ही. चिकलठाणा उप केंद्रासाठी--१३२ के.व्ही. हायब्रीड पास बे-१ नं.) या योजनेच्या अंदाजित खर्च रुपये ६२१२.९५ लाख इतका आहे.

(२) गडचिरोली जिल्ह्यत १३२/३३ के.व्ही. सिरोंचा उपकेंद्र उभारणे, (i) १३२ के.व्ही. किस्तामपेठ (तेलंगणा) उप केंद्रापासून १३२ के.व्ही. सिरोंचा (प्रस्तावित) उप केंद्रापयर्ंत व्दिपथ मनोयावर एकपथ वाहिनी उभारणे--- ३५ कि.मी., (ii) २५ एम.व्ही.ए., १३२/ ३३ के.व्ही. रोहित्र बे सह उभारणे--- २ नं., (iii) ३३ के. व्ही. आऊटलेटस् उभारणे---४ नं. या योजनेचा अंदाजित खर्च रुपये ४८६९.२२ लाख इतका आहे.

(३) ठाणे जिल्ह्यत २२०/२२ के.व्ही. मानकोली (भिवंडी) (GIS) उपकेंद्र उभारणे. (i) २२० के.व्ही. कळवा---बापगाव वाहिनीवर लिलो पद्धतीने वाहिनी उभारणे---३०० मीटर, (ii) ५० एम.व्ही.ए., २२०/२२ के.व्ही. रोहित्र बे सह उभारणे---२ नं., (iii) २२ के.व्ही. GIS आऊटलेट उभारणे---१२ नं. या योजनेचा अंदाजित खर्च रुपये ६७८५.५३ लाख इतका आहे.

(४) रायगड जिल्ह्यत २२०/३३ के.व्ही. पाचनंद (तळोजा) (GIS) उपकेंद्र उभारणे. (i) २२० के.व्ही. कळवा---तळोजा भूमिगत केबलवर लिली पद्धतीने वाहिनी उभारणे---०.५. कि.मी., (ORC मध्ये काम केले होते), (ii) ५० एम.व्ही.ए., २२०/३३ के.व्ही. रोहित्र बे सह उभारणे---२ नं., (iii) ३३ के.व्ही. आऊटलेटस् उभारणे---८ नं. योजनेचा अंदाजित खर्च रुपये ५८८५.९२ लाख इतका आहे.

(५) पालघर जिल्ह्यत २२०/२२ के.व्ही. विरार पश्चिम (चिकलडोंगरी) उपकेंद्र उभारणे. (i) २२० के. व्ही. चिकलडोंगरी उप केंद्रासाठी अस्तित्वात असलेल्या २२० के.व्ही. बोईसर (PGCIL)–– वसई वाहिनीवर लिलो पद्धतीने वाहिनी उभारणे----१२ कि.मी., (ii) ५० एम.व्ही.ए., २२०/२२ के.व्ही. रोहित्र बे सह उभारणे---२ नं., (iii) २२० के.व्ही. रोहित्र बे उच्च विद्युत दाब बाजूस (GIS)---२ नं. (iv) २२० के.व्ही. बस कपलर बे (GIS)---१ नं., (v) २२० के.व्ही. वाहिनी बे (GIS)---२ नं., (vi) २२ के.व्ही. GIS आऊटलेटस्---१२ नं. या योजनेचा अंदाजित खर्ज रुपये १२,१२४.८० लाख इतका आहे.

(६) हिंगोली जिल्ह्यत २२०/१३२ के.व्ही. कुरुंदा (GIS) उपकेंेद्र उभारणे. कामाच्या स्वरूपात सुधारणा आणि मंडळ ठराव क्रमांकामध्ये बदल. (i) ४०० के. व्ही. कुंभारगाव (नांदेड) उप केंद्रापासून २२० के.व्ही. द्विपथ वाहिनी उभारणे---६२ कि.मी. (अ) द्विपथ वाहिनी उभारणे---५६ कि.मी., (ब) बहुपथ मनोयावर द्विपथ वाहिनी उभारणे---६ कि.मी. (२२० कि.मी. कुरुंदा उप केंद्राबाजूकडील---३ कि.मी. आणि ४००/२२० के. व्ही. कुंभारगाव उप केंद्राबाजूकडील---३ कि.मी., (ii) २२० के. व्ही. गिरवली---हिंगोली वाहिनीच्या पथावर २२० के.व्ही. कुरुंदा उप केंद्रापयर्ंत लिलो पद्धतीने वाहिनी उभारणे---२५ कि.मी. ३. परवानेधारक अगर हितसंबंध असलेल्या व्यक्तीने हवे असल्यास, ही सूचना प्रसिद्ध केलेल्या तारखेपासून दोन महिन्यांच्या आत महाराष्ट्र राज्य विद्युत पारेषण कंपनी मर्यादितेच्या विचाराकरिता पारेषण कंपनीस प्रतिवेदने पाठवावीत, अशी त्यांना अधिसूचना देण्यात येत आहे. याबाबतची अधिक माहिती मुख्य अभियंता (प्रकल्प योजना), महाराष्ट्र राज्य विद्युत पारेषण कंपनी मर्यादित, ४था मजला, प्रकाशगंगा, प्लॉट नं. सी-१९, बांद्रा-कुर्ला संकुल, बांद्रा (पूर्व), मुंबई ४०० ०५१ यांचेशी वेळीच संपर्क साधून मिळू शकते.
