क्रमांक आयसीई. ०११९/प्र. क्र. १३/काम-६.----महाराष्ट्र कामगार न्यायालये व औद्योगिक न्यायालये यांचे न्यायिक अधिकारी (सेवाप्रवेश, नियुक्ती आणि शिस्तभंगाची कारवाई) नियम, २०१४ च्या नियम ५ नुसार प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून मा. उच्च न्यायालय, मुंबई यांनी त्यांचे पत्र क्रमांक अे. १२२६/८३/१३५/२०१९, दिनांक १७ जानेवारी २०१९ अन्वये केलेल्या शिफारशीनुसार खालील न्यायिक अधिकायांची ""सदस्य औद्योगिक न्यायालय"" या पदावर नियुक्ती करण्यात येत आहे.

उपरोक्त न्यायिक अधिकायांना मुंबई औद्योगिक संबंध अधिनियम, १९४६, औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, १९४७ व महाराष्ट्र कामगार संघटनांना मान्यता देणे व अनुचित प्रथा प्रकार प्रतिबंध अधिनियम, १९७१ अंतर्गत प्रकरणे हाताळण्यासाठी याद्वारे प्राधिकृत करण्यात येत आहे.

No. ICE.0119/C.R.13/Lab-6.— In exercise of the power conferred by Rule 5 of Maharashtra Judicial Officers of the Labour Courts and Industrial Courts (Recruitment, Appointment and Disciplinary Action) Rules, 2014 and with reference to the letter of Hon'ble High Court, Mumbai No. A.1226/83/135/2019, dated 17th January 2019, The Government of Maharashtra hereby appoint following Judicial Officers as "Member, Industrial Court."
